Welcome to Mermaid Sunrise! This beachy three-bedroom Duplex is the perfect place to stay for your next vacation getaway. When arriving to the home You will immediately feel the island vibe from the ocean colors and adornments of the home to the seashell driveway. This home is the definition of a beach home as it is only 200 steps from the beautiful powder white beaches of Anna Maria Island! The island has many equipment rental companies giving you access to more suitable and convenient transportation to get around the island. Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive down the beach depending on what you're hungry for.

This vibe continues through to the interior of the home with the tropical decor that is spread throughout the open floor plan. The living room and dining room combine with numerous windows to allow natural lighting to flood the home while the kitchen sits just past the stairs. The living room provides enough seating for you and all your guests to kick back and hang out or enjoy your favorite movies and shows altogether well the dining room just beside it offers a table with seating for up to eight people.

The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, as well as all the pots and pans needed for you to cook your favorite homemade meals. There is plenty of space so that you will not feel cramped in the kitchen, even if there's more than one chef in the family and plenty of counter space that makes it easy to prep. Prefer cooking outside on the grill? There is a propane grill outside by the pool for your use. The pool area is fenced in and offers additional seating for enjoying a meal outside or catching the rays of the beautiful Florida Sunshine!

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? One bedroom and one bathroom is downstairs while the other two bedrooms and second bathroom are on the second floor. Bedroom 1 downstairs sleeps comfortably a King-sized bed and smart TV. Downstairs there is a full bathroom available. Upstairs the bedrooms sit across from one another with Bedroom 2 supplies a King-sized bed as well as a twin bed - perfect for children or additional guests. Bedroom 3 boasts a King-sized bed and smart TV. Shared bathroom can be accessed from hallway or third bedroom.

There is also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a wagon available at the property for those short walks to the beach just down the street!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
