We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Lori and Dave seem to have thought of everything to make their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. The view from all of the outdoor spaces (porch, deck and beach) was amazing. We look forward to another visit!

Beautiful and peaceful lakefront property with attention to every detail that gave us the comforts of home and beyond. Lori and Dave our hosts were very welcoming and included useful information about the property and the area. We would highly recommend staying at their property if you are looking for a property and location to have a memorable vacation and stay to explore and enjoy the Fingers Lakes as well as have all of the comforts of home.

Dave met us as we entered the property! He explained in detail the beautiful property along with specific functions within the home and grounds. This place by far is one of the best that we have encountered! The interior furnishings outstanding and the outside patio, dock, fire pit are a bonus!

If cleanliness is next to godliness this place must be heaven. Everything was spotless. The location was perfect. The apartment was totally self contained and fully furnished with everything you could want. Perfect for one or two couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen appliances were high quality and looked brand new. The view from the back deck was spectacular. Parking for two vehicles. The hosts were responsive and gave us a complete tour and explanation of everything in the apartment. 10 out of 10.

Everything was spotless. What a beautiful place to stay.Breakfast was a surprise!One thing we did not care for was the bed in the master bedroom . A little too soft for us senior citizens. Lol

I’m sorry you didn’t care for the mattress in the en-suite room. Mattresses are so subjective, hard to get it just so for everyone. But I’m happy you liked the one in the other bedroom! We look forward to seeing you again in the future!

Wonderful place to stay! Exactly what we wanted—very clean, quiet, and right on the lake! All the water toys we needed, outdoors and indoors absolutely everything! Great hosts, just fabulous experience. We will be back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!!!! Dave met us on arrival and showed us the adorable, clean space with an AMAZING view of the lake. They provided us with some breakfast items which were greatly appreciated. The home was perfect for our weekend get away with friends. We will absolutely be back. The back desk is spacious, private and a great place to spend time and look at the beautiful lake and scenery. The home is located in a great location, close to Geneva and local breweries and wineries. Dave and Lori supplied a book of local establishments they recommend which we found very helpful. 10/10, great place, great host and a great time.

This beautiful apartment/home is a perfect spot to stay if you want to have wonderful views ,peace and quiet and a close drive to so many things. We spent four nights at this perfect spot with good friends and really felt right at home. We spent so much time on the huge patio taking in the views and watching the sunsets. The house was spotless,organized and just the right size for two couples to be together yet have our own space as well. What stood out most to us was all the thoughtful touches. Lori and Dave have definitely put a lot of thought and time into this place and it did not go unnoticed. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to stay again!
