Three-story chalet perched atop the rushing waters of the Toccoa River exuding personality with gorgeous accents, rustic flair, + w/ full river frontage and layered party porches, a billiards room, and three levels of sleeping, cabin one is our version of laidback luxury. Completely renovated with a brand new interior, the cabin is located 15 minutes from Blue Ridge and can accommodate up to 10 people.

This four bedroom + three bathroom cabin is the perfect retreat for groups and families looking for a breath of fresh air. The Toccoa river provides the perfect backdrop for relaxing evenings on the porches, cozying up in the lower pavillion while sitting riverside, or enjoying the luxurious complimentary seventies-inspired interior amidst the already turn-key cabin.

The main floor features soaring windows and a screened-in porch right off of the living room/main entertainment area. The screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and connects to the main level deck. The living room is complete w/ a wood burning fireplace and a Smart TV. Open the sliding glass doors to the wraparound decks and rushing waters for the full experience.

The dining room table accommodates six with extra seating at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with luxurious stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, a coffee maker, silverware, blender, toaster, and wine key.

The second floor loft features a full suite w/ queen bed and an attached bathroom complete w/ a subway tile walk-in shower.

The terrace level features a billiards room with a 65` smart Satellite TV, a pool table and an area with games and cards -- perfect for game night! Also has two sleeping areas : a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a full suite w/ king bed. Attached to the king bedroom is a full bathroom with a luxurious rain shower head and spacious walk-in closet.

Laundry, should you need it, is also found on this level.
