Incredible fishing on a stocked trout stream make this luxury 4 bedroom/3.5 bath cabin perfect for large families or 3 couples. As soon as you arrive you'll notice that no detail was left out of this beautiful cabin. There are upscale furnishings throughout the cabin. There are 2 large master bedrooms with King size beds and large private baths and 2 bedrooms in the basement that share a bath. One of the basement bedrooms has a king size bed and the other has 2 bunk beds, perfect for the kids. The basement features a pool table and gas fireplace. There is a 8 person hot tub on the basement level of the cabin overlooking the creek. This cabin showcases custom stone work & lighting throughout, exposed beams, high ceilings & expansive windows to overlook the water!! The living & dining room lead to a large screened in porch w/ floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, outdoor TV, heat lamp, and grill on the deck. Sit outside and listen to the relaxing sound of Fightingtown creek for hours. The cabin is just minutes away from McCaysville, GA and Copper Hill, TN and is 15 minutes from Blue Ridge, GA.

Things to do near the Cabin:
1. Visit Mercier Orchards for apples, apple donuts, or hard apple cider tastings.
2. Do a craft beer tasting at Copperhill Brewery, Buckbald Brewing, or Grumpy Old Men Brewing.
Visit one of the many restaurants downtown including:
1. Rum Cake Lady Cuban Cafe for amazing Cuban food and her famous rum cake
2. A Reuben sandwich at Katz New York Deli
4. A hole in the wall, but great Mexican and tex mex food at Habanero's Fresh Tex Mex

Absolute perfection

We had the most amazing vacation in this gorgeous location. It set up perfectly for our group and we made endless memories. My husband and 7 year old little boy caught an impressive trout! It was an ideal setup for all of my family members with something special to offer to everyone! I cant recommend this place enough!

Had a great stay! Everything was as advertised. Cabin was awesome and had everything we needed to prepare meals and bbq. Hot tub can use some attention and the driveway is short and steep. Overall we had an awesome time!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Had a great time with the family over the 4th for a nice weekend getaway. Trout Haven is fantastic, even better in person. We had 4 adults and a 6 yo grand-daughter. Plenty of room for everyone. She loved hanging down by the river (we all did) and learning how to cast. First thing you notice getting out of the car is the sound of the river. A very relaxing and fun stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Walk the Line in McCaysville and Copperhill

This property is fantastic. The location on the river, layout (both inside and outside), the quality of the cabin, the amenities, and the hosts are all unbelievable. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids inside. Large grass side yard leaves plenty of room for kids to play outside. Screened in back porch is perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Mccaysville and Copperhill are nearby and a great town. Blue Ridge is an easy drive. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Long weekend get away for birthday trout fishing

Our family of 5 had a great long weekend trout fishing on Fightingtown Creek and relaxing. We caught big trout, and enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. A fun birthday weekend for a 14-year-old trout fishing enthusiast!

Beautiful fall getaway

You will not be disappointed in your stay at this beautiful river front home! We had an amazing fall getaway. Listening to the river while sitting on the screened in porch with a fire going was sublime! You have a wonderful view of the river from the screened in porch. We will be back!

5 Star Mountain Hideaway

We had a great stay at this mountain hideaway on Fightingtown Creek. Awesome luxurious cabin that made us feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. Views were spectacular. Communication with owner was seamless. This was our 2nd stay and we will definitely return next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing time @ Trout Haven!

We have stayed in this area at multiple rentals over the past 15 years and our time at Trout Haven ranks in the top 3 easily. Great location, wonderful home, and fantastic surroundings. It was wonderful to have a hot tub large enough for 4 adults to sit comfortably in. The river access was excellent and the views were simply stunning. Texted back and forth with the owner and she was always quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely rent here again!!

Trout Galore

Thanksgiving with the family at a beautiful cabin, with the best trout fishing on Fighting Town Creek. We watched Christmas movies by the outdoor fireplace after dinner. Went on several walks and met the sweetest dog Lily who joined us :) Caught several Trout Rainbow and one Brown all good size !

Everything about this home was beautiful! We had 3 families with plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves and the company. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, playing pool and the creek. The driveway is long and narrow but don’t let that fool you, when you reach the top it’s as close to heaven as you can get. As secluded as you are it’s just a short trip to town. This was a perfect trip for our entire family.

Everything and more!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was everything that was listed in the description and so much more in person. The cabin was beautiful, even better then the pictures. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were and what good night sleeps they had. The creek was amazing, great sitting area with plenty of space to explore along the creek. We even saw deer when we went to sit by the creek in the morning. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Location on a Creek

The house is amazing and the location is beautiful. There were 9 of us at the house and it worked out great. We saw deer everyday and the scenery is beautiful. The creek is amazing to listen to and sit by and we enjoyed it so much. The house is close to McCaysville and Blueridge with plenty to do and places to eat. The drive up to the house and directions will be clear once you get to the house. The owner is very responsive if you have questions or concerns. We would definitely book again.

Peaceful mountain getaway

The cabin is beautiful and was a perfect fit for our three groups. The tri-level was ideal for everyone to have their own space. The river access is perfect and beautiful. The drive to the cabin is quite primitive and the drive way a bit challenging to navigate, but after the second time up, we felt more comfortable with it. The location is perfect for a trip to Copperhill/ McCaysville and a short, easy drive to Blue Ridge. Stacey was very responsive and addressed our needs immediately and with a patient and kind attitude. I would absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous, Relaxing Escape

The photos are pretty, but the property in person is absolutely breathtaking! Every inch of this home was built with beefy timber & the amenities are perfectly planned out. We enjoyed fishing for trout on the Fightingtown Creek (caught 3!), relaxing on the screened-in back porch, and driving less than 10 minutes up the road to downtown McCaysville for shopping & dinner. Easy access to grocery store, fishing tackle, basic supplies if needed. Within an hour drive to beautiful Georgia & Tennessee hiking trails & waterfalls. Our goal was to venture out more, but after settling in, we didn’t want to leave! This is the perfect home for a larger family or two families with children to share. Everyone loved the hot tub & pool table in the evenings. The kitchen is larger than pictured and well-stocked for cooking. We did not use the gas fireplaces, as my husband gets a headache from the gas smell, but they are a cozy feature I would have liked to enjoy more! Beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of towels. Only head’s up I would give is the driveway is steep but we had no issues with a Jeep and AWD Hondas. Future guests, please take special care of this home so we can return some day!

Pre Christmas getaway

Such a great house!! We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and had plenty of space. The teens loved the pool table and hot tub. The husbands caught trout in the creek out back. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night getaway just before Christmas

We had an amazing time at the cabin. We had 2 families and everyone had their own space. We spent most of our time on the back porch and the girls had a great time in the creek.
