Thank you for your feedback. We do take guest comments seriously; however, we feel that a one-star rating is excessively harsh for a business that depends on reviews and supports multiple families. Many of the issues mentioned were never brought to our attention during your stay. Had you contacted us, we would have addressed everything immediately, just as we promptly resolved the door issue once it was reported. We would also like to clarify the following: The BBQ is professionally maintained and cleaned once a month. In fact, maintenance was completed just two bookings prior to your stay, and we have records to support this. The BBQ is located in a designated area, is in a fixed position, uses propane gas, and is well maintained regularly. Instructions in English are provided for proper BBQ use. The property includes fire extinguishers and a fire pit. The property undergoes monthly pest control service by a licensed company, and we have documentation confirming consistent treatment. All electrical systems and appliances are in proper working order and regularly checked.
