I had a very pleasant stay at this house. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Communication was excellent, immediate response. I would definitely come back if I should take another trip to Tennessee.
This place was clean and just as advertised. This place was clean and had everything I needed. The neighborhood was nice and the host had great communication.

Not a great stay
Thermostat is locked out so on hot days its very warm and on cold days its freezing. Kitchen utensils and pots/pans are 300 yrs old and lacking and in very poor condition. The beds are very old and worn out, we purchased an air matress because the beds were
Waste of money! It was just my 2 pugs, my 6 month old baby, my 10 year old daughter, and my husband. I paid extra for my dogs to be there and just because they pooped in the backyard on the deck the host literally forced himself in while we were staying there and would not stop cussing in front of my baby and my daughter. Truly awful behavior. I cleaned the place way better than they did and of course i cleaned up after my dogs when we left. The place was extremely dusty, and crumbs everywhere. I have pictured of where there was toys and food stuck in the couches. The kitchen has a leak under the sink and all the dishes were so gross that it made my entire family sick for a week. You can't touch the A/C bc it's wifi controlled and even if u do they change it to 72 in the house at all times. I am pregnant and this was an issue for me had I had known this from the beginning, i wouldnt have booked it but the description of the house is wrong and the pictures u see on VRBO are old, because thats not even what the place looks like. Trash found in master bedroom, and all the bedding was dirty. I found hair from previous people who stayed there. Hair also stuck in the drains, gross. The host will send people to spy on you all the time. He even bragged about it. His name is Adam and what he did was not right. I only started there for 3 nights even though I booked for 2 weeks. Complete waste! The place is located in a very loud neighborhood. It was near impossible to get my baby to sleep. There is literally nothing to do in the house, or outside because the yard is not fenced in and the deck is so small all thats there is rusted out chairs. Adam also sends the lawn care to the house at night. I have evidence he sent them after 6pm. Really weird that Adam would do that. The host is extremely aggressive and has told me and my husband that he's going to keep our deposit even though he has NO grounds to do so. I really pray someone reads this and realizes this man should not be a host. Complete anger issues and unprofessional because he cussed in front of my kids and said he didn't care who was in the house. Typical narcissistic behavior. I want my deposit back but my husband said he thinks this host "adam" has done this before most likely.
We stayed here for one night with our family as a stopover during our travels. The house was as described and fit our needs. Although an older house, it has been updated and is cutely decorated. All supplies were provided. The beds were nice and comfortable. The driveway is very steep so in winter and other times could be a bit of a challenge to get in and out. Other than that, we had no issues!
Our stays with Adam & Asury are always clean and comfortable. This house was in a quiet area with nice neighbors. In bad winter weather, I'd recommend parking on the street, as the driveway is steep. The house was cozy, super clean, comfortable bed, always nice to have 2 bathrooms, and the backyard was beautiful and private! We had a minor issue with the TVs and Adam fixed it right away. They are always our top choice when we need to book in the Oak Grove/Clarksville area. Looking forward to our next stay!
Clean property and the description is quite accurate, as were all the check-in/check-out instructions. Everything was super clean, and functional. The kitchen is stocked with some basic tools and salt/pepper/hot sauces - not setup for a big cook. Communication with owner is very easy and prompt.
Quiet and comfortable this house was exceptionally clean and private. Towels were lush and fluff, everything was perfect, will DEFINITELY book with this host again
Minimalist and practical accommodation. Just what we needed- clean linens, clean and well stocked bathrooms, coffee, eggs, cereal and laundry in a quiet neighborhood.
Would recommend and would stay here again.
In for Nephews graduation. house was conveniently located. our Dad passed away In August of this year, needed to take care of family business as well. Only suggestions would be a better stocked kitchen and maybe a larger TV.. But all in all a wonderful stay
We came to Clarksville for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family of 5 as it had everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, aside from a few dogs barking. I would highly recommend this home to a friend. Asury easily reached and responded quickly. Great trip and stay overall!!
Hi, we are Asury and Adam. We own and operate a real estate investing business. We are also a military family, as Adam served in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Team Sgt. for a Combat Dive Team. He has proudly served our country for over 15 yrs. Asury has a medical background, particularly, in the ophthalmic field. We both decided to retire from our previous professions to dedicate our time completely to our real estate business. We self manage our properties and have built a great team to help us scale and provide an awesome Airbnb experience.
We are longtime residents of Clarksville, TN., and we're very knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas.
We are a family of 5 with 1 fur baby. We enjoy doing family-friendly activities. We, too, love traveling and understand the importance of comfort, space, and privacy especially, in a military town where families are constantly visiting or transitioning. We love using AirBnB during our travels. In fact, that's what inspired us to become hosts ourselves.
Fun facts about us: Adam is from Mississippi and learned Russian as a second language in the military. Asury is from Panama (the country) and her first language is Spanish. We can't live without coffee! Our favorite foods are sushi and Mexican. We love supporting local small businesses and highly encourage our guests to check them out as well.
