We provide a contactless self-check-in with access to the entire house. The address and details will be provided near check-in.

Please park on the left side of the driveway. (Available for 2 cars).
The right side belongs to the neighbors in the back.

Please Observe Our Strict House Rules
We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!
Check-in time: Between 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Two free assigned parking spaces as shown to you
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM (City of Anaheim is very strict! Complaints from neighbors or the city can result in fines of up to $2,500.)
Please do not set AC below 68 degrees. Note: AC unit will freeze over and will require 24 hrs to defrost before use.
Please be sure to unplug any and all unused appliances (stove, oven, AC/heater), including hair curler and laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
Maintain good neighbor relations – Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect neighbor privacy.
There is a smart home device in the living room that monitors noise decibel levels only. It does not record audio or video.
Adult supervision is required at all times for children both indoors and outdoors, including in the hot tub and game room.
Swim at your own risk – No lifeguard is on duty.
Please do not wear your outdoor shoes inside the property. PLEASE!


Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) inside the property. A $1,000 fine will be charged if evidence is found to cover air treatment and carpet cleaning. Right to cancel reservation without refund
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Large gatherings beyond the home’s capacity will result in a $1,000 fine if evidence is found/present.
No extra or overnight guests without prior approval. (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
No mail/packages delivered to the property – Please use a nearby pickup location instead.
No moving / rearranging of the furniture
No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, games, streaming devices, etc.
No pre-checking bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee).
No pets, as much as we love our furry friends );
No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces

Violation of These Rules
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.

Release of Liability
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Property Disclosures
Please note that this property only has two assigned spaces for driveway parking on the left side. Street parking is available throughout the day and night. Large commercial or SUV vehicles may fully fit within the space. It is part of a duplex; however, each unit has its private entrance and fully fenced backyard to ensure privacy and separation. You will have zero interaction with the other unit, providing a quiet and independent living experience. Our home is situated on a popular street, and occasional vehicle traffic may occur. As these items are fully disclosed in advance, no refunds or adjustments will be offered during your stay.
We have three (3) actively recording cameras overlooking the front & side entrance and backyard. These cameras record video and audio upon live motion detection.
• All cameras are exterior-only and do not point inside the house.
• There is a smart home device in the living room that monitors noise decibel levels only. It does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way, shape, or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of the house rules.

Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors, as this is a residential area. Please note strict house rules.
This allows us to uphold the highest quality stay for our guests.
One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request).
