Cape Winds 106 appartient fièrement à «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances de luxe en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est situé au rez-de-chaussée - une unité idéale pour les familles (pas d'escalier ni d'ascenseur!)

Il y a un immense patio double large pour maximiser la lumière naturelle et profiter de l'espace extérieur depuis le salon et la chambre principale.

Le condo est un front de mer direct, il fait donc face à l’est directement vers l’océan et s’ouvre sur une vaste zone herbeuse. Ne faites que 20 marches supplémentaires et vous êtes sur la plage!

Il y a beaucoup à faire autour du bâtiment - nager dans la piscine, se détendre dans le bain à remous, jouer au tennis ou au basket-ball, se détendre au sauna - ou simplement flâner sur le patio ou la plage! Si vous souhaitez vous aventurer hors de la propriété, vous êtes très proche de la jetée (1,5 km), du Surf Shop de Ron Jon, des restaurants, des boutiques, du Kennedy Space Center, de nombreuses activités pour les enfants et bien plus encore!

L'unité a été réaménagée dans un style côtier décontracté - des armoires en érable au granit dans la cuisine, en passant par le lit à baldaquin King du salon. Il y a une télévision dans le maître, le salon et la chambre d'amis pour votre plus grand plaisir. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un roi dans le maître, deux jumeaux dans l'invité et un canapé-lit dans le salon,

Il existe des fonctionnalités supplémentaires pour rendre votre séjour aussi confortable que possible:

We loved how close the beach access and pool were! Loved that it was ground floor, no dragging kids and stuff up and down stairs and elevators! Had a great stay!

Very nice place to stay

This is our second time to this place and we have already booked for next year. It is a super clean and very well maintained place. Inside, there is everything you want. And most importantly, we are just steps from the beach.

Not enough space here ... replace master bed mattress! Replace living room couch. Replace living room doorwall screen. Master doorwall door doesn't open. Could make this unit much better.

Good location

Overall this is a great place to vacation. Easy access to the beach and a heated pool near by. We did find the bed in the master bedroom to be a bit uncomfortable. The mattress cover was ill fitting and caused the sheets to constantly wrinkle and bunch up. Hope the owners will replace it. The sofa in the living room is not senior friendly. Seats are too low to the floor. With my bad knees it was not where I could sit.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

Loved everything about this place! We walked into the condo to see it beautifully furnished, practically arranged and very clean. The new washer/dryer stack was so convenient and helpful. The master bedroom looked inviting with it's majestic bedframe, but more importantly, the mattress was the bomb! All my knee and hip aches disappeared,lol! The condo had lots of extras to use like beach chairs and umbrellas. Our kids LOVED the ammenities. They swam and surfed, played spikeball on the lawn outside our patio, played tennis, rode bikes, hit the pool and jacuzzi...the fun never stopped! Our favorite vacation spot ever.

Pro: beds were comfortable, pool, hottub, and dry sauna were clean. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher were good. Handy man was very friendly and quick to respond to some of our concerns and so was Amanda. Cons: living room furniture needs to be updated. Couch was so low to floor you had to roll out. We had cleaners come and vacuum popcorn, and reclean apartment. Maintenance guy came and put shower door back in tract. Master bath fan didnt operate. Water pressure was very slow in bathroom and kitchen. Maintenance guy came to put new bolts in patio furniture that were broken. Kitchen utencils some bacics were missing like egg or pancaker spatula.

Great Location

To start, we would definitely stay here again. I have a child with autism and depend heavily on accuracy in reviews... so here is my honest opinion. Things we loved: Proximity to pool and beach on ground floor. Size of condo. 2 beds in kids room. 2 bathrooms. Friendliness of maintenance and grounds keeping at building. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Beach chairs, noodles, body boards and small cooler in room. Tvs in every room. Close to shops and gas stations. Clean beach area. Hot tub at pool. Things we disliked: There were several LARGE spiders. A lot of gnats, terrible water pressure in master bath, couch was too low, no beach bag to pack towels in to the beach (all the others we stayed at have), no garbage disposal, no plastic plates or cups for children, no trash bags in any of the cans except the kitchen ( son with autism... believe me those bathroom trashcans need bags!), no first aide kit. Good communication with rental company. Would stay again.

Very pleasant vaca!

Beautiful property. Everything was easy to access. Beach was pristine. Location was close to everything. Would I rent this unit again? Sure. All the cooking supplies were readily available. Bathrooms were very clean. We loved the location of this unit. Now a couple of points that I have to acknowledge. We contacted the management about a key that was missing (unit comes with 2, we only had one) and was told she would drop off a key the next day. We heard nothing else from her. I dont complain twice I leave a review as that is how I decide on a place to stay. Strange situation at Cape winds. North side of property is wide open. Come and go as you please. Southside (our side) has gates that require that key. You can not get in the pool area without a key. That part I get, keep out non resident guest. But you can not exit the property to access the beach. You must have that key to enter or exit the property. So you must plan your day accordingly. All must leave at the same time and return at the same time. or walk all the way to the front of Cape Winds and enter your unit that way. While carrying chairs and towels and other things. Booooo. Also the bed in the Master BR is awful. It was very old and sagging they fixed it with a monster piece of memory foam. The sofa was not the one in the picture either, it appered to be a patio sofa. Other than those things I will be back.

Perfect vacation with kids

The condo was beautiful and so convenient. The first floor was great especially with little kids. We loved the convenience of walking out the patio right down to the beach or only a few yards to the pool. The condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed that everything you could need was less than 10 minutes away. Stay in Cocoa Beach provided great communication throughout our stay as well as recommendations of places to eat and informed us of what to expect at the condo before we arrived. Kelsy was great to work with! Would definitely visit again!

Great property

This condo was great! It was really nice that there were beach chairs, an umbrella and towels there for us already. Having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen was great too. The condo was a great size and very comfortable. The whole property was awesome — pool was never too crowded, good parking options and the beach is just steps away! We will definitely be back!

Can't get any better!

For starters, the property is better in person than the pictures! It's beautiful! Super spacious! The location is AMAZING for the price! We can walk from the back patio doors straight to the beach! There's so much to do around the area! They gave us awesome restaurant and activity suggestions! We seriously can't wait to come back. Before we left, we asked what the next available dates were! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Location, Location, Location

This condo is perfectly located to: the beach, the pool, a grocery store and restaurants. parking was easy, check in EASY, communication GREAT. You could be on the beach in 3 minutes and run back to condo if you forgot something. Pool and hottub were 15 seconds from condo and are well kept up as well as locked and only for condo residents, which is nice since there is public beach parking close by and it could entice beach goers otherwise. The condo is not fancy, but is nice and has everything one would need for an AMAZING vacation at the beach. Beach chairs, cooler, toys and beach towels included. :-) The washer and dryer is a great addition to be able to wash the towels during your stay. Perfect for a family of four or two couples - each has their own bedroom and bathroom. (Master bath is a small ensuite, but hey - you shouldn't be spending tons of time inside..... The patio outside is large and opens right up to the lawn. AWESOME SPACE! I would definitely return again.

It was a great getaway!

Property was very clean, well maintained and communication was awesome. Recommendations were on the dot! We loved the proximity to the beach and pool. While there isn't a view of the ocean, you can hear it from your bedroom at night and that was incredible. Honestly had no complaints besides a bit of moldy smell in the master bathroom that can be solved with some bleaching. Thanks for making it such a memorable getaway!

Calm and relaxing vacation.

I can't say enough great things about this property! From the owner Jacklyn to the property staff, we did not have 1 bad issue. The condo, 106 was exactly as described and the pictures were spot on! The unit was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach and we could have literally just taken our clothes and personal items and wouldn't have needed anything more. The area is about 1 block away from the police station in a neighborly area and very well kept grounds. Shopping is just minutes away and the people in the area are so friendly. Every single officer we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. We stopped at a local convenient store of the mornings when we were going to tourist sites and they were usually there refueling. That made me feel so safe and proud. Perfect area for couples or families. We will definitely go back.

Great place

I decided to do a staycation. Loved being right by the beach. All the amenities I needed. The pool and hot tub were great. This place is close to many restaurants and port Canaveral. The check in process was very easy.
