Uptown Getaway - Lovely Condo in Downtown Tuscany Villas

This lovely condo is located in Tuscany Villas, Alpine Helen. Rest and relax knowing you can walk anywhere from your getaway to enjoy the shops, activities, and restaurants downtown.

Unwind in the living room on the cozy couch, chair, or grab that recliner before someone else does! Watch your favorite TV show, sports event, or have a movie night with YouTube TV or ROKU streaming channels. Cuddle up on the overstuffed couch and flip the switch for a fire in the gas log fireplace.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and glassware that the chef of the group will be happy to find. Full-size appliances include a refrigerator, stovetop, and oven, plus a dishwasher for your convenience. We also provide a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, plus a toaster. The dining area offers comfortable seating, with plenty of room for guests to share a meal and conversation or play games and recap the day's adventures.

Two king bedrooms upstairs, each with its own television. One has a bathroom with a walk-in shower only, while the other is has both a jetted garden tub and a walk-in shower.

Outside on the screened porch is a large table for al fresco dining and a gas grill, where we provide the propane.

• Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles, and parking passes will be issued.
