Bienvenue dans notre petit paradis en Floride!

Venez vivre des journées magiques à notre complexe Barra Villa, réputé pour son atmosphère sophistiquée et ludique. La station se compose de 8 beaux appartements et studios.

Heureusement que nous avons trouvé et acheté cette jolie maison à côté de notre Barra Villa I!

La maison se compose de 3 unités: "Appartement Pelican", "Appartement Flamingo" et "Studio Tortue".

Chaque logement possède sa propre entrée, une salle de bain privée, une cuisine et un espace salon / chambre à coucher. Sur demande, nous sommes en mesure de connecter l’appartement Flamingo et le Studio Turtle à un grand appartement pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 5 adultes.

L'espace extérieur commun offre un gril à gaz et de nombreuses possibilités de sièges.

Si vous nous le faites savoir plus tôt, il est également possible de louer toute la maison ou tout le complexe.

Studio lumineux avec accès direct au jardin - cuisine ouverte bien équipée - grand bain douche - profitez de la vue sur le jardin depuis le lit Queen!

Appréciez un maximum de confort dans notre studio Studio Turtle pendant la plus belle période de l'année! En choisissant un design attrayant pour la pièce et un choix de couleurs équilibré, nous avons créé un havre de paix, de détente et de loisirs.

Fidèle à la devise "petit mais agréable", le studio est équipé de toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable dans notre maison. Vous trouverez dans la cuisine toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles nécessaires, ainsi que des torchons et, bien sûr, un petit coin repas pouvant accueillir jusqu'à deux personnes.

À travers une deuxième porte de la cuisine, vous entrez dans la terrasse en bois redessinée et le jardin verdoyé.

Une fenêtre dans la salle de bain, équipée d'une douche, de toilettes et d'un lavabo, laisse déjà briller les premiers rayons du soleil le matin.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay and pool was great. Could use a cover as the water was very warm some days. The studio had everything we needed and was neat and clean when we arrived.

Great spot, quiet but in downtown

Loved this place, spent our days going to beach or hiking in state parks then came home to clean up and walk downtown to river district. Clean, super quiet and an easy walk to go to dinner or lunch in old Ft. Myers.

Very relaxing

Have stayed on multiple occasions, in Fort Myers with work; very relaxing place to come home too. Nice location close to shopping places and places to eat. I like to walk when I get off work, good location away from high traffic patterns and quiet. Highly recommended!!

May 6- June 3 Property is in a great location, walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beaches. The unit was clean, comfortable and the pool was well maintained. I enjoyed my stay in the Turtle unit, very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay again

All devices had a flawless connection to the Internet, only the TV could not be connected to the Internet initially. However, this "issue" was solved after a short time due to the immediate notification of the guests! Thanks!

I liked the pool. People were friendly. I liked walking to the brewery a half a block away. The location was good, close to downtown. Some houses in the neighborhood needed attention. Overall decent.

Enjoyable ztay

Smaller than we anticipated. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool, the ability to walk to town. The walls are thin and we could hear people talk on the other side. We used the grill to cook out. Property Manager was very responsive. All in all a good stay.

Small but adequate for our needs

This was our third time renting from this owner. Everything went smoothly. We had made a few suggestions last time but no changes. We enjoy this quiet neighborhood and the pool is great! We did miss the grill. I know that there is one at the other house but not convenient.

Praise from our regular guests is always something very special for us. Regarding the grill, I must say that we have decided to gradually abolish them because they were often not treated as carefully as we would have liked and thus frequent and unnecessary repairs and new purchases were necessary.

One house, multiple renters

The turtle studio was cute and clean, and perfect for me. The rental is in a house, though, that is partitioned into multiple units and, just on the other side of my interior wall, stayed a large family who, I’m pretty sure, was training for a River dance, and had multiple children and a screaming baby. They were up until late into the night and I could clearly hear their entire conversations. Otherwise, this is a nice rental in a great location, and check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Quite rightly, the studio "Turtle" is located in a house with a total of 3 apartments so that, usually, you can expect to meet or see other tenants. Of course, we always ask our guests for mutual consideration and, therefore, we are very sorry that in your case there was apparently not 100% consideration. Nevertheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay on the whole.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at Studio Turtle. It's part of a complex of a two homes (split into individual units) with a shared pool. It was a little too cool to use the pool so I can't speak to that. Studio Turtle is probably the smallest unit, but it's fine for two people. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bed is comfy, the bath is roomy and the shower heads, yes there are two, are great. There's a shared back porch with tables and chairs where we'd end our evening with a glass of wine. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, a Publix grocery store and Ford/Edison estates. The property manager, Marlene, was very responsive to texts and let us check in early since we had a very early flight into Ft. Myers. And Judith, who was cleaning the unit, was also very helpful and friendly. Gracias! Only two things to know about this unit: there is a step up from the kitchen to the bed/bath area. If you have mobility issues, you should know this. Also, this unit is in a building with 2 other units and the walls are very thin. We could here a cellphone conversation clearly in the unit next door. Otherwise, for the price and location, highly recommend.

Great for one person

I went to Florida the day after my birthday just for a little get a way and change of scenery. This studio was more than enough for me. It comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and has a portable AC machine that made white noise all night. The bathroom was large and the neighborhood was quiet. It was more than enough for just me and I would definitely stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

The accommodations were very comfortable and clean! They were perfect for my short stay in the area for a wedding. Although the weather didn’t completely cooperate, my short experience with the pool was relaxing and the other guests were very friendly! Traveling alone, I especially appreciated the well lit entryway into the studio! My only complaint, and it’s one that was semi disclosed so wasn’t a total surprise, is how much noise and sound you can hear from other guests. I was in Turtle studio, which has a porch right outside the bed. Every morning I was awoken by guests sitting at the table outside my window enjoying their coffee and the morning news via radio. I could also vividly hear everything going on above me. Thankfully I found the other guests above me to be considerate. It could potentially have been a noisy situation. Overall I’m happy with my experience and would definitely stay again if in the area.

It is true that it can happen that you notice the other guests in our Barra Villa Resort - maybe, unfortunately, also earlier in the morning. However, I am a little surprised by the statement that the guests above you were very "considerate" since there are no apartments above the "Studio Turtle"? But we are very happy that you could enjoy the pool and the time at our property so much - even if it was only a short pleasure!

Nice place to stay

Although my purpose for going to Fort Myers was due to a family emergency and I just needed a place to basically shower and sleep, our stay was very pleasant.
