Property was very close to advertised. Could use some newer towels. The ones there were quite worn and dingy. It is very difficult to expect check out at 10:00 AM and also expect guests to wash all towels by then.Property was close to downtown and the event we were there for, so that was convenient.
I set a spur of the moment getaway. The house was very well maintained. We had excellent communication with the property owner. Nothing from the local manager. The owner was travelling to asia but still reached out to share that we both had roots in Micigan.
Centrally located, clean, and comfortable. This a very warm feeling home and has a quiet backyard to relax. Stayed here while looking for a new home. Would recommend and stay again.
Put my parents up here while they stayed in neighborhood. It was everything we needed. The property was clean and comfortable. Living area, kitchen, dining area, little foyer, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry area. The outdoor area was great. Overall, comfortable for 5 adults to hang out in. Owner was responsive and easy to reach.
The location to downtown is great. We enjoyed the Ft.Myers Art Festival and sunsets on the river. However, their WiFi was weak and download capability very weak. We could only watch one channel which fortunately for us was a news channel. We could only get access for 18-20 minutes a night. Very frustrating. Also, I work remotely and was not able to connect strongly enough to run the necessary programs. Early morning was best but still not enough.
The house, where I also stayed last December, is advertised. In fact, I noticed some new improvements. It seems clear to me that the property manager wants to keep the property in good condition. Easy access to downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach are a bonus.
This was a nice place and GREAT location for my wife and I to stay as we traveled from MN to watch Baseball Spring Training. Considering Hurricane Ian had just hit 5 months previously, the house was in good shape; however, the photos were a little misleading as it showed more furnishings than the house currently has. Overall, it worked well for us - Thank you!
This place was cozy, peaceful, clean, and breeds miracles. I canât say enough about this property. Close to everything we needed. Safe and sound. The backyard is a little oasis. We enjoyed it every night! I canât wait to come back to this place.
The house was bright, airy, clean and well maintained.
It was a pleasant experience to pull up to the sweet house after a long day flying. The house was perfect for our family. Itâs brightness and airiness made our stay also bright and airy. Everything was neat and clean. The owner made sure to keep in contact with us and provide us with WiFi password as well as answer questions we may have had. It was a great time and weâd stay there again if we find ourselves back in Fort Myers! Lyndsay even helped me get back an item I had left there after we returned to CA and was gracious about it,
We enjoyed our nearly one month stay at this comfortable, well-furnished property just off McGregor Blvd. The bedding and sofas appeared to be brand new. As such, they were very comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. The location was convenient to downtown Fort Myers - the excellent restaurants, Edison & Ford Estates and also the river for lovely sunsets. We were a bit disappointed in the lack of kitchen/cooking utensils. There were some items we consider basic to any usable kitchen that were not provided. We would recommend this property for a Fort Myers, Florida stay.
Well. The front door lock code was wrong. Wifi password was not easily accessible or in the notebook. Kitchen sink faucet spontaneously turns on due to gravity if not closed off to one side. TV is pretty complicated to use. Someone made a nice chart that helped but still complicated to use.
This house in a mature, quiet neighborhood suited us perfectly. Older house with upgraded kitchen and bathroom, patio at the back, and a sun room for morning coffee. The bed in the master was comfortable, A/C worked fine, but a little loud. Plenty of dishes and glasswear, cutlery. Cook wear is old but serviceable. I was able to cook whatever I wanted for the two of us. Upon arrival, we had difficulty opening the front door, as the key pad wouldnât work. We tried calling Elma but had to leave a message. My husband persevered with the key pad, and was finally able to open the door. Turned out you just had to jiggle it a certain way! We enjoyed our week in this charming house, and would recommend it to friends and family.
The neighborhood was ok, minus the view from the back patio, but the house was filthy. The floors looked like they had not been washed or even vacuumed in some time. The refrigerator and freezer were filthy with leftover spilled items still in them. The stove was dirty and I would not use a dish without washing it first. There was one dish in the cupboard that was sticky with dead bugs in it, which went right back into the cupboard. Had to contact the property manager for wifi info and mentioned the filth. All I got was "Oh my, I'll have to let the cleaning person know." I did not get any apologies. Then we were expected to wash, dry, and put away the towels. I don't think so. Totally in it for the money!!
Enjoyed our stay in this adorable home. Comfy beds and open floor plan made our Christmas stay memorable.
Excellent value - why stay in a hotel when you can have an entire home to spread out and cook your own meals!
Walking distance to Edison/Ford winter estates and convenient to downtown and grocery store. We enjoyed nightly walks in the neighborhood to get our exercise and enjoy the Christmas lights - many homes were decked out!
