The Space:

Located in the heart of Wedgewood-Houston — one of Nashville's most exciting neighborhoods and home to Geodis Stadium — "WeHo" is a one-of-a-kind mix of charming vintage cottages, modern homes, and some of the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries, and art galleries.



Our 2,100 sq ft contemporary home is thoughtfully decorated and stocked with every amenity you'd expect from a top hotel — and then some. Highlights include a brand-new game room, garage parking, and a full amenities list that speaks for itself. (See listing details for the complete rundown.)



Unit 1:



Level One: Entrance through front door (3 steps) or back garage (no steps).

-Bedroom 1: King bed, television, closet and an en suite full bathroom with shower.



Level Two:

- Open Living room with Sleeper Sofa

- Spacious Kitchen w/bar seating for 4

- Dining area w/table that seats 8

- Half bath

- Balcony



Level Three: You'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the top level.

-Bedroom 2: Queen-size bunk beds (175-lb weight limit on top bunk), single rollaway bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with shower.

-Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4: have Queen size beds and both have access to the 2nd upstairs super spacious Jack & Jill bathroom.



Unit 2:



Level One:

Entrance level has NO steps from garage (3 steps in front) and has:

Bedroom 4: King Bedroom w/en suite full bathroom.



Level Two:

Living Room (with sleeper sofa) and Kitchen are on SECOND LEVEL

🎉 We have a ZERO tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.

🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.

🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.

🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!

🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

An early check-in (as early as 8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (up to 5:00 p.m.) must be pre-arranged.

If you’re interested, just send us a message to inquire about availability for your dates. Availability is limited, and a fee applies to approved requests.

🧳Luggage Drops are NOT ALLOWED! We highly suggest Luggage Hero, Stow Station, or other luggage lockers around the city!



Guest Access:

Our guests will have access to the entire house except for a locked closet in the kitchen.

Wedgewood-Houston is one of Nashville’s fastest developing neighborhoods and home to Geodis Stadium. It's an eclectic area filled with a mix of vintage cottages and new homes and home to some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries, and art galleries.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can only park two cars.

Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

We're available via messaging through the booking site during the entire booking process up until you arrive and throughout your stay.

You will have a detailed guest book available at our property with tips on how to work the TV's, locate the trash bins, check-out instructions, and will also serve as a local guide for our favorite Nashville restaurants and bar recommendations.
