Great place to stay! The Villa is conveniently located, close to restaurants, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and Publix and Walgreens is only a mile away. Stephan is very responsive and makes sure everything is taken care of. The check in process was very easy. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed having our own private pool and outdoor space. I highly recommend renting a golf cart and there are charging stations on the property.

We had a great stay at the St. Maarten unit! The kitchen was well equipped, and the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. It’s just a short two-block walk to the beautiful beach.The private pool was a great bonus, and having beach chairs and an umbrella available made our beach days even more enjoyable.Stephan was a wonderful host—very friendly, with excellent communication and quick responses throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great unit! It was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. We had everything we needed for the beach. Loved the private pool and the outdoor shower for rinsing. Beds were comfy and the a/c kept the unit cold! The outside courtyard was cute and gave a “Three’s Company” vibe. We briefly met the family renting across from us and loaned them our wagon. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again and bring family to stay in the other three units!

This cottage was above expectations. Parking was convenient and it was just a 2 minute walk away from the beach. The cottage was very clean and modern and the host was very friendly and made the check in process easy. The backyard pool area was great for gathering and the heated pool was a plus! Will definitely be staying here again!

We loved having our own private pool. Parking was easy. The villa is on a dead end so it’s nice and quiet and private at night. It worked well for our family of 5 and an easy walk to the beach too.
