Welcome to your stylish and cozy retreat just minutes from the heart of Durham! This newly renovated two-bedroom bungalow offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and privacy—ideal for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers visiting the Bull City. The second bedroom is completely detached from the main living area. It is located through the kitchen, out the back door, through the laundry room and has it's own entrance. This arrangement may not be suitable for young children if you are planning on using the second bedroom for their sleeping arrangement.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just 2 miles from Downtown Durham, you'll be a quick drive from Duke University, DPAC, the American Tobacco Campus, and some of the city’s best dining, coffee shops, breweries, and nightlife. Whether you're here for work, a campus visit, or a weekend getaway, you'll love the home's central location and easy access to everything Durham has to offer.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with a clean, modern aesthetic. Enjoy fast WiFi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or trip planning. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials for cooking at home, including modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker.
