There were 7 of us staying there. All of us thought it was a lovely place. It was very roomy and comfortable. Check in was super easy, as was check out. The host responded quickly to my questions. Location was easy access to stores and freeways, but was in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of outdoor seating around the pool.

During our annual family visit, we had the pleasure of staying at this residence, which exceeded our expectations in terms of space and layout. The home's interior is not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed, accommodating 8-10 individuals comfortably. The property is situated in an excellent area of Mesa, Arizona. The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring 6 standard coffee cups, an espresso set, 6-7 drinking glasses, and an adequate supply of plates for a family gathering of 10. However, we did notice a few essentials missing, such as a potato masher, kitchen scissors, and silicone spatulas. We recommend that future hosts consider providing a checklist for guests, including tasks like emptying trash cans, starting towels, and running the dishwasher before departure. Additionally, it would be helpful to include information about local schedules, such as pool maintenance on Tuesday mornings, yard maintenance on Wednesdays, garbage pickup on Tuesdays, and recycling pickup on Saturdays. Overall, we would recommend this home to others and consider staying here again.

I’m originally from Colombia in South America and moved to the United States in the early 2000s, first living in Orange County, California. Later, my husband and I chose Mesa because of its beautiful surroundings and the proximity to Falcon Field Airport, where my husband trained as a pilot.

I’ve always loved homes that feel comfortable, elegant, and relaxing, and that’s exactly how I tried to prepare this one for guests. When hosting, I think about what I personally would hope to find when traveling: a place that feels safe, welcoming, clean, and easy to enjoy.

One of the things I enjoy most about this home is the outdoor lifestyle that Mesa offers. We are surrounded by sunshine, desert beauty, and wonderful neighborhoods. My goal is simply for guests to feel at home, relax, and enjoy their time here as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the Orange Grove area of Mesa because of its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful character. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very pleasant to walk around, with orange trees lining many of the streets that flourish during the winter harvest season.

The home is located just about one block from a local park, which makes it perfect for morning walks, families with children, or simply enjoying the Arizona sunshine.

Another reason we love this location is how central it is to so many attractions. Major roads and freeways are just minutes away, making it easy to reach Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix. Outdoor destinations like Saguaro Lake and the Salt River recreation areas in Tonto National Forest are only about 15–20 minutes away, where visitors can enjoy tubing, boating, kayaking, hiking, and beautiful desert scenery.

It’s a wonderful balance of peaceful neighborhood living while still being close to everything visitors come to Arizona to experience.

What makes this home special is the combination of privacy, comfort, and outdoor living. The property sits on a corner lot, which provides extra space and a greater sense of privacy compared to many homes in the area.

The house is single-level and spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and open atmosphere throughout the living areas. The master bedroom is especially large and privately positioned, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the Mesa area.

Outside, guests can enjoy the heated pool and a natural gas BBQ that is connected directly to the home, so there’s no need to worry about propane tanks or refills. It’s perfect for enjoying Arizona’s sunny weather, relaxing evenings, and outdoor meals.

Another small detail guests enjoy is the presence of orange trees in the front yard. During the season, it’s a pleasure to pick fresh oranges and start the day with freshly squeezed juice while enjoying the warm Arizona mornings.
