Silver Bear Cabin, 15 minutes from Whiteface!

This cabin is in the heart of the high peaks, 15 minutes from Whiteface, and 15 minutes from Lake Placid. It is nestled on a hill right off the main road, overlooking the village of Keene! It is within walking distance from all of the shops in town. Although the driveway is plowed, it is steep, so in the winter you will need four wheel drive. The cabin is off Rt 73, but it is tucked away and very private! You don’t see any neighbors!
The space
The cabin was built in 2007, and has beautiful winter views of the surrounding mountains. In the summer the yard is surrounded by trees, which makes the backyard and deck very private. There is a small BBQ, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. It comes with all the appliances you would need, including a new washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
Guest access
Guests will have private use of the whole house, and backyard, except for one room upstairs which is locked for storage. This includes a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, a private workspace, and a closet. Across the hall is a full bathroom with the laundry, and next to that is the kitchen stocked with everything a kitchen should have, and a living room with a wood stove, two couches, and a big flat screen TV. The deck has beautiful winter views through the trees, and it is very private. The check in is contactless, so from the moment you get there you will have the property to yourself!
