Rental is a multi-unit building and walking distance to downtown area shops. Apartment was clean and well kept inside. Besides ground being littered with cigarette butts and apartment close to main road our stay was pleasant.

We stayed for a girls weekend to enjoy the Christmas prelude in Kennebunkport! The condominium was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us. We were able to walk to downtown Kennebunk and enjoy a nice dinner. We were able to take a cab to Kennebunkport for the winter prelude. It was nice to be able to come back to the condo and relax and regroup before heading out for more activities. Great communication with the host who was very receptive to all our questions. We hope to be back again one day.

It was very clean and enough room for all of us. Having a dog there was a bit challenging because there is not really a yard. We had to change the bulb for the outside light. Overall it was fine.
