Our cottage is a one story residence set back from the quiet street, with a screened in back porch for sitting and eating and a back patio ideal for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine. A gas grill is provided in the back yard for outdoor cooking. The backyard is fenced for the safety of our four-legged guests. Off street parking for two cars in driveway is provided. Inside, the floors are hardwood with area rugs for comfort. The high ceiling in the living/dining room gives a feeling of spaciousness. Ample seating is provided with two sofas and an easy chair for socializing, watching the 43 " TV, or using the wireless connected internet. The dining area has seating for six. Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a raised counter with bar stools, making it a great place to get together with family and friends. The kitchen has counter space and cabinets with appliances including a range, microwave, ice machine, refrigerator and dishwasher. Amenities provided include a coffeemaker, toaster. dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and cutlery. There are two bathrooms, the main bath includes a bathtub/shower combination, the second bathroom has a standup shower. A utility closet off the kitchen contains a clothes washing machine and dryer. The linen closet holds extra towels, bedding, paper goods, and supplies. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, chair, and built in clothes closet. The second bedroom has a full size and twin bed, easy chair, dresser, and built in clothes closet. The bedrooms include bedside tables with lamps. The cottage is a short walk to St. George Street, the ancient Spanish fort, and a short drive to magnificent Atlantic beaches, lighthouse, and many other attractions.
