- Bedroom #2: King Bedroom with sliding-door access to private outdoor courtyard and seating, shared full bathroom
- Bedroom #3: King Bedroom, shared full bathroom
- Bedroom #4: Queen Bedroom with sliding door access to pool area, shared full bathroom

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. The guest making the reservation is the Responsible Party. The Responsible Party must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire stay booked. Weâll need a photo of your government-issued ID for verification.
2. Palm Springs requires a signed rental agreement. We will send you a link once your reservation is confirmed. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of receipt to keep your booking active.
HOUSE USAGE:
1. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked at the house at any time.
2. A maximum of 8 guests can stay at the house. Over occupancy is having guests at the house that are not registered on the contract
3. No parties or events
4. No commercial photography or filming
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
1. All guests will need to read and sign the `Good Neighbor Form,` and weâll do a quick meet-and-greet at check-in to go over everything.
2. Palm Springs has strict rules about outdoor noise. Please note that no music or sound (including TVs, radios, or phones) is allowed outside at any time. This includes sound from inside the house that might be heard by neighbors.
3. Quiet Time in Palm Springs is between 10pm and 10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use low voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.
4. Being a vacation renter means being a good neighbor. A call from our neighbors to the City will bring Code Compliance Officers to our door. You will receive a fine from the city and be evicted from our property without a refund if you receive a city citation.
SECURITY FEATURES:
1. For your safety, we have Blink cameras at all entry points (front entrance, side gate, and side sliding door). There is also a camera in the locked gated area that contains our pool equipment.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
1. Utilities (Gas & Electric): If youâre staying 22 nights or more, youâll be responsible for gas and electric bills during your visit. A $2,000 deposit will be collected after booking to cover these costs, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
2. Cleaning: For stays over 14 nights, we arrange an optional bi-weekly cleaning at a rate of $250 (which includes a full linen change)
