The fully equipped kitchen features a passthrough window to the living room and an adjoining dining area with seating for six—ideal for meals with family or friends. Start your mornings with a cup of locally roasted Sorbenots coffee, complimentary with your stay.

Nestled on Main Street, this home is a block from Barley Browns and Baker City`s Historic Downtown lined with shops, restaurants, and galleries. Also, steps from your door, you will find the public library, the beautiful Geiser Polman Park, and the riverwalk which is a paved pathway along the Powder River which flows through town.

***We’re happy to try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests whenever possible. Please note that approval depends on our cleaning team’s schedule, as we want to ensure the property is fully prepared for every guest.

Charming Nook!

The Nook is a fabulous place to stay in downtown Baker City. Perfect location and walking distance to Main Street shops, restaurants and many of the popular historic sights. Clean, comfortable, cozy, charming & luxe! We loved the stylish details and homey touches. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

We just had a one night stay here in Baker City and this house was perfect for us. It was very clean. The furniture was nice and comfortable too. We slept well on the beds. Great location. We really liked the covered parking spot too, we had luggage in the car and it felt safer having it off the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a pleasant stay. The house had comfortable furnishings, the decor was a fun and interesting, updated bathrooms and was very well located for easy access to downtown. Was very happy this house had off street parking. Some of the doors were a little tricky but once you got the hang of it, they were easy to close. It is a very old house so those things are certainly forgiven. Was concerned about noise but once inside it was not bad at all and if you know Baker City, there is virtually nobody out at night so was very quite while sleeping. Thank you!!!

Cottage Stay

A comfortable, but clearly a “work in progress”, older cottage home. There were several areas that need attention, spider webs around doors & windows, dried leaves around entrance (a leaf blower works great!), large garbage can near entrance is a big NO-NO! Old musty smell is a turn-off! One kitchen towel & bathroom towels were insufficient! and such inexpensive amenities! Decor was smart, furniture was comfortable, bed linens nice. Excellent parking, excellent communication & check-in was appreciated.

Thank you for taking time to review the property and point out some areas of improvement. Last week we had someone start using a leaf blower around each of our homes, which should take care of most of your comments on the outside of the home. typically the garbage can is kept off to the side at the back of the home and not directly beside the back door, we will double check on that. This is the first we've received criticism on our towels and amenities, although it's a good chance for us to go back through and look things over.
