The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the pool deck, the gentle hum of nearby water slides drifting in the warm Florida air. The scent of fresh‑cut grass mingles with the faint aroma of a home‑cooked breakfast waiting in the open‑concept kitchen. From the moment you arrive, the space invites you to unwind, splash, and explore the magic of Orlando just minutes away.



Sleeping arrangements

- Primary bedroom downstairs: king bed, full bathroom, direct pool‑deck access.

- Upstairs Harry Potter room: two twin beds, shares Jack & Jill bathroom.

- Upstairs Avengers room: two twin beds, shares Jack & Jill bathroom.

- Additional king bedroom.

- Two queen bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

All six bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to give each guest a private retreat while keeping the home spacious and welcoming.

Optional seasonal heating lets you enjoy the water even when a cooler breeze rolls through. The surrounding deck offers ample lounge chairs for sun‑bathing, a shaded spot for snacks, and a view of the resort’s lazy river and water slides just beyond.



Kitchen & dining

The generous kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker, making meal prep effortless. Large countertops give you room to spread out groceries, while the adjacent dining area seats the whole group for family‑style meals. Open‑concept design keeps the space airy, so you can chat with guests while cooking or enjoy the view of the pool from the kitchen island.



Neighborhood & resort amenities

Nestled in Solterra Resort, you have instant access to a resort‑style pool, water slides, lazy river, and a fully equipped fitness center. The clubhouse and recreational areas provide extra space for games or quiet reading. A short drive brings you to dining and shopping options, and the world‑famous theme parks—Disney (5 minutes) and Universal Studios (10 minutes)—are just a quick ride away.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway (can likely fit 3 small to med-sized vehicles).



The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dish-washing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
