The Space:

Sunlight pours through the open‑plan living area as you step onto the pool deck, and the gentle hum of nearby theme parks drifts in the distance. You can hear the splash of water from the lazy river and feel the warm Florida breeze while a cool dip in your private pool beckons. After a day of adventure, the scent of fresh coffee from the kitchen greets you, inviting you to unwind in a space designed for families and groups alike. Every corner of this home balances comfort with convenience, making it easy to relax and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers six well‑appointed bedrooms for up to twelve guests. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite full bathroom with direct pool‑deck access. Upstairs, themed rooms spark imagination: the Harry Potter and Avengers rooms each contain two twin beds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom, perfect for kids or the young at heart. A second king bedroom and two queen bedrooms provide spacious retreats for adults, ensuring everyone has a private place to rest.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your own private pool, where optional heating lets you enjoy a swim even when evenings turn cooler. A generous pool deck offers space for lounging with snacks or a cold drink, while the surrounding resort grounds invite you to explore the water slides, lazy river, and fitness center at your leisure.

The open‑concept kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and all the essentials you need to prepare family meals. Adjacent, a large dining table accommodates everyone for shared breakfasts, dinner conversations, or casual snacks, all while the airy layout keeps the space feeling bright and welcoming.



Neighborhood & resort amenities

Located in Solterra Resort in Davenport, you’re just five minutes from Disney and ten minutes from Universal Studios. The resort’s amenities include a shared pool, lazy river, water slides, fitness center, clubhouse and recreational areas, giving you plenty of options for fun without leaving the property. Nearby dining and shopping options are a short drive away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway (can likely fit 3 small to med-sized vehicles).



The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dish-washing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
