Guest Suite — Private Entrance

Welcome to your cozy retreat with a private entrance. This suite features a small kitchen and closet room with ample luggage space, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker for quick meals and coffee. The bathroom has a shower, and the bedroom includes a queen-size bed, couch, study table, chair, and a 65” TV with WiFi. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, the suite ensures comfort. Although part of the main residence, it offers complete privacy.

This is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood where you will feel comfortable and right at home.

Just 10 minutes from Magic Mountain in Santa Clarita, our stylish space is perfect for travelers and small families. The guest suite is pet-free and sparkling clean with plenty of parking. No pets or visiting guests are allowed.

Guest access
The guest suite is part of the main residence but has a separate entrance to ensure privacy. While we've taken steps to soundproof the suite, you may occasionally hear us. Guests are kindly asked not to access the backyard or park in front of our neighbor's driveway.
Other things to note
Smoking/Drugs

Absolutely no smoking or drugs on the property, including weed and e-cigarettes. If you smoke, this might not be the place for you. Smoke on clothes and body can linger, requiring extra laundry and cleaning fees. Charges for these damages will be applied to your account.

Arrival/Departure

We cannot accommodate early check-in or late departures due to our tight schedule. We need every minute between guests to ensure the unit is perfect. Please plan your trip accordingly.

Parking

Please do not park in front of our neighbor's house.
