The room was clean with fresh linens, bed and pull out sofa bed were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and owner is on site. Mike was very helpful with the check in process and accommodating throughout our stay. We highly recommend Mike’s Mountain View apartment.

I used Mike’s place for a 3-day solo retreat and it was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, quiet, with a gorgeous view of the mountains in the front, and with a large living room, a nice bathroom and a large bedroom with view to the backyard. I used the microwave to warm up my food, but I believe there’s a camping stove if you need to boil water etc. Plenty of plates, bowls, silver ware, and a big refrigerator and freezer. Mike and his wife were super kind, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask them. They added a personal touch even in the details, to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. I just loved my stay! Frankly, it was hard to leave when my time was up! Highly recommend!

Nice bed, comfy couch, very clean room, cozy kitchen with refrigerator, table, microwave.Internet was inaccessible throughout stay. No instructions about house, appliances, etc. Although host said to ask if I needed anything, I was up very early or in very late and reaching him at 2 or 5am was not going to happen.Kitchen water faucets were installed backwards (only indication was the tiny letters on the top of the faucets) shower faucet never quite worked right, (half into tub, half to shower) Keurig coffee maker but discovered there was no coffee at 4am on the day I departed. Tub drained slowly & shower had an inch of standing water during shower. Bathroom sink water took some time to warm up and also had a slow drain.Electrical outlet in bedroom was halfway down the wall opposite the bed, so I had to get an extension cord to charge my watch & phone off the floor.I asked for the internet password, & he sent, but didn't indicate which network. I had to ask for the network name, & he sent, but password didn't work after multiple tries. I sent him a copy of the error message ! received, & he sent me a screenshot of the network & password. I told him the next step was to reboot the modem, but that was at 5am and I was leaving, so don't know if he ever got it working. I had to use my data pass just to communicate with the host. It was frustrating.He was very nice, the place was clean & had some lovely features, but there were key pieces missing for a great stay.

Amber’s flight was late the first night so she was not in a good mood inside. The Airbnb is a book and it has all the directions for Internet. I have had nothing but compliments on the shower and I’ve never had a problem with it draining as you see the time she came in and the time she left, she was never in a good mood🤷‍♂️ I told her time after time if you need anything, I never told her she couldn’t text me at five in the morning because I usually get up and meditate at 3:30 in the morning last time I checked, everybody knows how to use a coffee maker and the microwave oven. I pride myself me and my wife I’m taking care of everybody no matter what time of day no matter what time of night as far as the Internet goes, the only person that had problem was the Internet was her I rebooted the modem which was working fine and I did not know you needed to have a plug on top of the bed so she could plug in her watch while in bed. I always have one person that’s not happy and when you come in at 3 o’clock in the morning or 5 o’clock in the morning, I don’t know what to tell you all I can say is I did the best I could with what I had to work with other than that I have had nothing but positive reviews for the last five years, especially on the shower and every time I saw her I always asked her if everything was all right me and my wife and she said everything was fine. I hope she finds what she’s looking for.

The property is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with beautiful a mountain scenery. It was pet-friendly which was important to me. The living area was clean and so perfect with all the needed amenities. . Livingroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and a bedroom. The owner was very friendly and available. I will be back and will recommend to my friends & family!

Very comfortable, clean and inviting space. Was great to arrive after problems we had with our drive to area. We arrived several hours later than expected. Host was welcoming, gave great directions for finding location and the check in process. His son and wife were pleasant and also offered assistance if needed. We hope they will welcome us again as the location is perfect for visiting our son and family who live in Santa Clarita.

Carol and her husband were very pleasant. They had two dogs that were absolutely amazing. They left the Airbnb in great condition and they were a pleasure to talk to would definitely host them again.
