This home offers a split plan with 2 bedrooms at the entry of the house and an Owners Suite on the opposite side.
The 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom separate from the rest of the house for more privacy.

The beautifully decorated owners suite offers true serenity with a king-size bed that's almost like heaven to sleep on. Tired of never having anywhere to plug in? Not here! Charging stations are thoughtfully provided for all your electronic needs! For the work from home crowd, there’s also a workstation for you to plug your laptop into.

A large walkin closet includes plenty of storage, hangers, luggage racks and a laundry hamper. The elegant en-suite bathroom includes double sinks, a full length mirror, an oversized shower, and jacuzzi bathtub. Get ready for the night out with all your primping needs- a blow dryer, flat-iron straightner, blow dryer, Q-Tips, Make up wipes, Hair Ties, Cotton Balls and more!

Each bedroom comes equipped with charging stations, 55” Roku Smart TV’s, bedside lamps, ceiling fans and table top fans.

The Full over Full bunkbed area just off the main living space is secluded enough for privacy, yet open enough to keep an eye on the little ones. A slide-out drawer beneath the bunks provides additional storage. The reading nook, complete with a corner chair, ottoman, and lamp, is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in your favorite author’s work or simply unwind and relax.

Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, Neutrogena makeup wipes and Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The inviting kitchen bar island seats 4 for the perfect place to chat while meals are being prepared. You’ll also find a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee setup with K-cups, creamers and sweeteners, so you can enjoy fresh coffee every morning!

Sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the living room. Plenty of seating is available on the 2 sofas making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. Catch up on the latest shows on the 65” smart TV with Roku. When you’re not watching TV, enjoy a good book while listening to music. If you need to get work done during your stay, the fast wifi makes it a breeze.

The kitchen opens up into the living area. You’ll find a 3 dining areas, a large dining table that extends and will seat up to 8. A charming table in the kitchen nook sits 4, perfect for games! There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Plenty of board games and card games options are included for game night!.

The kitchen comes equipped with anything you would need to prepare a full course meal, a crock pot meal, or a quick meal in the air fryer. This family-friendly space also features children’s dishes and cups, a pack ’n play, and a highchair, so you never have to worry about your precious little one. Even your fur babies will have special bowls just for them!

As you make your way out back, you will be in awe of the beautiful landscaped outdoor area. My favorite part stepping out onto the private backyard patio in the morning with a hot cup of coffee. The lush, tropical landscaping around the patio provides a secluded, peaceful sanctuary to rest, relax and recharge.

This home is in the perfect location for discovering Destin! Ideally located in a private gated community, you can feel away from everything while still being close to all the action. Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you to and from the airport, enjoy the beach scene, local restaurants, and other attractions.

☆☆ SAFETY & SECURITY ☆☆

Your safety matters. This is a gated community. A code will be provided for the entry gates. To limit access, codes are only valid for the current month. Each guest will receive a personalized lock code that expires at the end of their stay. There is a latch on the inside of door for additional security and child safety.

This property has a front-facing outdoor camera and a doorbell camera with audio at the entry door, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

A Dollar General is conveniently located on the end of the street for your last minute needs.
There are 4 grocery stores within a few miles. (Publix, Walmart, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie and Fresh Market). Beer, Liquor and Wine are also available at the grocery stores. Most will deliver directly to the property.
The property is also serviced by Door Dash and Uber Eats for those order-in meals.

~ Our gated neighborhood has 2 gates. The North gate takes you right to the beach! It's known as "old scenic highway" or "the beach road". This puts you right around the corner from multiple beach accesses and beachside restaurants. Our street legal golf cart can navigate you to anywhere you want to go on this road, or other roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less.

~ The South gate takes you to the main highway. This is very convenient so you don't have to fight traffic on the beach road if you have plans to go somewhere else like the grocery store, shopping at the outlets, Restaurants, theaters or excursions. For those last minute needs, there is a General store at the entrance to the South gate on the main highway.

~Upon arrival you will have the convenience of a smart lock that will be assigned your own personal code that will automatically activate at your check in time. There is a doorbell camera at the entryway as well. Feel free to ring the doorbell if you have any issues with the door lock for immediate help or feel free to call or text as well.
Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet in the main bedroom which is kept locked.

There are very few options for Tesla chargers in the area so we have decided to install a Tesla EV charger for our guests to allow you more time to enjoy your vacation without worrying about where the nearest charger is.

Located just steps from the border with Destin. Several restaurants within walking distance, close to multiple large shopping areas such as Destin Commons and Silver Sands. Sandestin and Grand Boulevard less than 5 miles. Short drive to Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Crab Island.
