The famous Las Vegas Strip is only 2.8 miles away; a 25-minute walk, or a quick drive with the convenience of free parking and 24-hour valet service.
The studio comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a king-size bed and a spacious couch. The bathroom features both a shower and a jetted tub for a spa-like experience. Kitchen amenities include a two-burner electric stove, a fridge, and all the essentials—pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and more—so you can feel right at home. Fresh linens are provided at check-in, and additional sets are available for a small fee at the front desk.
Please note: A security deposit of $100 per night and a one-time cleaning fee of $90.70 are collected upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded at check-out.

It’s also near two dispensaries and a laundromat. Traffic is lighter in the area, and it's easy to access public transportation and all major freeways.
