Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom 3 full bathroom Bloomington retreat. Feel and see the tranquility in this home that is filled with large and small crystals/geodes from around the world! This all brick home has loads of character which includes a brick stairway on the inside, and a HIDDEN speakeasy (prohibition style) bar! The entrance to the speakeasy is hidden in plain sight but not obvious. In order to find the entrance you need to find Where The Red Fern Grows. Goodluck!

This home features 3 bedrooms with possibility of a 4th bedroom in the basement family room that can easily be turned into a king bed with the provided topper and bedding. This home also has 3 full bathrooms - 1 attached to the master bedroom and the 2nd one is off the hallway. The 3rd bathroom is retro style and located in the basement. The home has a very large and fairly private wrap around deck, with a brand new HOTTUB recently added!

The home is just a few miles from downtown, IU campus, the stadium, Westside shopping, and interstate 69! This home is truly a 1 of a kind!

Rules - Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 10am. Absolutely no parties allowed. Max number of guests is 9. No additional people are allowed in or on the property other than the number of guests listed on the reservation. We have outdoor cameras located around the outside of the home, if you have anyone over other than the people listed on the reservation then your stay will be immediately canceled and you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without refund. No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. Do not move any of the crystals, and/or other furnishings throughout the home. Guests are 100% responsible for any accidents or damage to the house, property, and furnishings. Guests are also 100% responsible for any injuries (if occured) while on the property. The furniture in the home is all brand new - if there is any damage or permenant stains on any of the upholstery, furniture, furnishings, or the property itself, then you (the guest) will be charged the full retail price to replace it. Before and after pictures are taken between each reservation to confirm if anything has been stolen or if any damage has occured. Do not leave dirty dishes, all dishes must be washed prior to checking out. All trash and recycling must be gathered up and put into the trash/recycle bins located in the garage before checking out. I also require photo ID's of all guests who are staying at the property before granting access to the home. Guests will have access to all areas of the home except for a locked storage closet in the Laundry room and the outdoor storage shed. By booking this property you agree to all the rules listed above.
