Parking

sidewalk.
* Street parking is not allowed; illegally parked cars are subject to

Shipping Policy

* All deliveries must be arranged via private carriers like Federal
Express, UPS, or USPS. Guests should use the property address for
door delivery as the resort does not handle packages.

Valet Trash Pick-Up

* Collection begins at 11 AM daily. All waste must be bagged and
tied; loose items won't be collected.
* Do not dispose of needles or other sharp objects in the trash.
* Cardboard boxes must be broken down.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating is available at an additional cost and must be
requested for your entire stay.
* The property has pool towels; please take care of them and leave
all used towels in the home.
* The BBQ grill requires a cleaning fee if used; inform in advance if
you plan to use it.
* Note that the property does not have a hot tub; the pool's jets
only circulate warm air.
