Every detail of this remarkable residence, from the ivy-clad facade adorned with 15th-century stone angel and gargoyle carvings imported from France, to the breathtaking canyon and city views, has been meticulously designed to transport you to another era.
Inside, elegance awaits at every turn. A magnificent 16th-century marble staircase leads to three sumptuous upstairs bedrooms, including a grand primary suite with an en-suite salon featuring intricate painted and gilded boiserie. Downstairs, a fourth guest room with a private entrance offers privacy and charm, ideal for additional guests. With four opulent bedrooms with king-size beds comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
Designed for luxurious living, the home flows effortlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces. French doors flood the living areas with natural light and open to expansive terraces, where you can enjoy al fresco dining or relax as you take in the panoramic views. This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via the booking platform message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
The Hollywood Hills is an area of Los Angeles that is situated in the Santa Monica Mountains overlooking the city of Los Angeles and beyond, with views that stretch from Downtown to the Catalina Island. The greater Hollywood Hills area is customarily divided into east and west halves, each comprised of several neighborhoods. Besides the incomparable views, the endless maze of streets throughout the hills provides its residents with a sense of solitude and seclusion despite being only minutes away from the vast city below, brimming with light and life.
Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft.
Pool Heating:
►Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter.
►Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
►Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
►Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
►Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
Children with parents are very welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. The pool is not fenced and there are many balconies in the property. Please watch your children closely when outside.
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to beThursday at or around noon time for Pool maintenance; Wednesday for Landscaping maintenance; - that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.
Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
Such fees may be collected directly through the Airbnb platform or invoiced separately as permitted by Airbnb policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.

Depending on certain circumstances and at Air Concierge’s sole discretion and goodwill Air Concierge may issue you a future travel credit for use at properties within the Air Concierge network as your sole and exclusive remedy (which are subject to certain restrictions set forth at issuance including that travel credits are non-transferable and must be used 2 years from issuance).
You are releasing Air Concierge and the homeowner from certain types of liability and agreeing to assume certain risks on behalf of yourself and each individual present during the stay (Sections 12 & 13); you are aware that traveling may increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
This Agreement requires claims to be resolved through Arbitration (Section 17).
This Agreement contains a Jury Trial wavier and a Class action waiver (Section 19).
