This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends classic mid-century design with modern amenities, offering a clean, stylish space that’s both comfortable and functional. The open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and retro-inspired decor give it a true Palm Springs feel.

One of the standout features is the spacious and private front lawn—rare for this community. It’s perfect for lounging or playing with provided lawn games, new pickleball gear, and classic board games tucked under the living room TV. A croquet set is coming soon, making it even more ideal for families or groups looking for laid-back fun. Just off the carport, you’ll find a nearby community pool for quick dips, plus a backyard patio area with golf course and mountain views, a firepit, BBQ grill, and seating for dining or relaxing outdoors.

The home features three versatile sleeping spaces. The primary suite includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third is a flexible space with a sleeper sofa—easily serving as a second living room or private sleeping area.

Located in the Mountain Shadows community, guests enjoy access to tennis courts, multiple pools and spas, and a nearby golf course—all just steps from the front door. Whether you're in town to unwind, explore, or just enjoy the Palm Springs sunshine, The Retro Retreat has you covered.
