Each floor includes its own fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and private entrance. This layout makes it easy for multigenerational families, two-family groups, or friends traveling together to enjoy shared time and personal space.

Just outside, a stretch of private shoreline appears during low tide—perfect for beachcombing, sunrise walks, or sipping coffee as the breeze rolls in off the bay.

A signed rental agreement and list of all overnight guests (names and ages) is required before check-in.

For guest safety, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras. One monitors the front entry, and the other on the waterside covers the entry door and bay. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces.

Guests should bring their own firewood and charcoal for use with the fire pit and grill.
