With 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms spread across two spacious levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Each floor features its own fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and private entrance—ideal for multigenerational families or two groups traveling together. Two outdoor security cameras are located on the property: one facing the driveway and one facing the waterside entry and bay. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces.

Guests should bring their own firewood and charcoal for use with the fire pit and grill.
