Your cozy getaway awaits in Ventnor City at this tremendous house. Just a block and a half to the beach, it's an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. We've hosted families and groups for close to 20 years. With six bedrooms featuring four queen beds and two full beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests particularly enjoy the porch and will find three and a half bathrooms equipped with both showers and bathtubs, making mornings and evenings easy and comfortable. A pleasant garden-level area with two futon beds offers quiet, additional sleeping arrangements and space, perfect for nannies, relaxing, or catching up on work. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and central air conditioning. Within walking distance to the house are restaurants and ice-cream shops, and you're minutes away from fine dining, shopping, and entertainment in Atlantic City, and yet far enough that you could be on a serene beach vacation. We hope you enjoy what our place and Ventnor City have to offer. July & Aug are minimum 1-week rentals, Saturday-Saturday, for $5000/week.

We had a wonderful time and loved your home. It was exceptionally clean, and We loved all of the personal touches.The garage made it very convenient for my scooter. We would love to come again next year for a month

Birthday Weekend - Fabulous House

We rented this house for my husband's birthday and brought friends and family down with us. The house was excellent and accomodated the 14 of us perfectly. The owner was great to work with and we had a excellent experience. The house is about two blocks from the beach and a very short drive to the casinos. I would recommend this house for a great vacation.

I spent a weekend there with a number of girlfriends, and the accomodations were perfect, the house was perfectly appointed for what we needed, and it was perfectly situated between the beach and downtown AC. Thanks again for ensuring a completely hassle free stay!

GOOD TIME FOR A QUEBEC FAMILIES

We were 6 adults with 5 teenagers and all of us had a great time at Ventnor City. We appreciated the house. Beautiful, big, cleaned, good decoration, every thing we need and particularly with is old spirit. Ventnor’s beach is beautiful and a short bloc to the house and we have to take advantage of the beach every day. Everything went well in your town. We appreciated to be near the Atlantic Outlet at less than 3 KLM. We recommend this house. Thank you Ben.

30th Birthday trip

First off... let me start by saying, that the pictures of this place do not do it justice at all... it is much nicer and bigger than I had expected..this place was awsome... you are next to the beach, next to the market, casinos.. you name it.. its right there. This truely was a home away from home for us.. 12 adults went to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday, and we had a blast..the rooms were spacious, and you felt right at home.in the garage is all kinds of stuff that you can use for the beach..ect. small back yard, but we only needed it to cook on the great grill anyways... this place was awsome.. and I never write reviews, but Ben you Rock! We will be coming back.. thank you!

Good Space, Close to Beach

For the price we paid, we felt it worked for what we needed. Many bedrooms and spacious enough for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents to spread out. The kitchen was a little lacking in utensils and such but we also come from a chef family and were making more extravagant meals than probably most people would. Location to the beach was excellent and the host provided everything needed to sit comfortably seaside all day. The house could use a little maintenance, but again, for the price we were paying, it was fine. Benjamin was a communicative host, very quick to respond any time I reached out. All in all the house provided an easy space for my family to connect and that was really the point of our vacation.

Samantha, thank you for your comments. We've been off VRBO for a few years, but in that time, we've updated the house, and it's new and improved. We've added additional sleeping arrangements. Amazing house for group!

My friends and and I stayed at this house for a long weekend and were absolutely stunned by how accurate the description and pictures are with the real thing! It was perfectly clean, great for a group gathering, and prime location. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome house by the beach

This house was awesome - it was so clean and roomy. Ten of us were comfortable the entire weekend. The property is a 5 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in a fun setting

The house fit all our needs. The big guys loved their basement rooms - “Grandma, we really lucked out with our rooms!” The bedrooms were comfortable, with all the amenities and storage space one could need. The kitchen remodel was lovely - very user friendly. And the front porch was wonderful!! Loved gathering together in that comfortable, cozy space - I think that it really made the house! Ceiling fan on the porch, as well as all the bedrooms, made it easy to enjoy the ocean air without being too warm. The little kids loved the beautiful beach - and the short walk (with all the umbrellas and chairs easily carried in the carts) made it easy and fun. We definitely would like to return again sometime!

Peaceful stay by the shore

Our family had a lovely time in Ventnor City. The house had plenty of room, and was well-outfitted for our group of 8. We were able to cook together, hang out together, and - most of all - enjoy the proximity to the beach. Parking was easy, and the house was centrally located, making all of our excursions on- and off-island very simple. The porch was particularly nice, especially for cooling off after spending time in the ocean. All in all, a great stay, and a very nice property.

Plenty of space and very close to the beach

We had a great time with our familly and friends. There were 4 rooms uptstairs and 2 complete bathroom so we had plenty of space. 3 additionnal rooms also in the house. Very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk. We appreciated all the beach toys, towels, umbrella and chair we could use. The beach is very quiet and clean, our kids enjoyed it. Thank you Mr. Greenblatt for letting us stay at your house.

Great Place

I was looking in the area for a place to sleep while in town for a cheer competition for my daughter- ended up getting a few moms and girls together to split the cost- and was the best decision I could of made. Place was clean and completely stocked with all the necessities- The owner, Ben, was great! Any questions we had he was prompt to answer and very accommodating for our requests. I would stay here again if I find myself in the area- and may even take my family here over the summer!!

Great house for large family get away!

We stayed at house for a long wknd. In Jan. To celebrate my sons birthday. The house has plenty of sleeping accommodations and everything is clean and ready for you. The location was great for a quick Uber ride to casinos and restaurants.

Great find

We stayed at the Green Leaf House over New Years weekend. We found it to be cozy and accommodating for our group of travelers. The house itself is adorable and the bedrooms were comfortable. We felt right at home. Will definitely consider another stay next time we are in Atlantic City.

Lots of bedrooms, great owners.

House was very nice, equipped, very close to beach. The owners were wonderful when our oven conked out the day before Thanksgiving and made sure we had a brand new one delivered and installed that day. The included towels and linens make a huge difference. Thanks for a great stay!

First Time on the Jersey Shore

We looked for a last minute getaway as a family. We just needed a quick 5 day vacation in mid-fall. We found this home, and decided to give it a shot. Everything about the visit was fantastic. We have zero complaints. We loved the Jersey shore as well. We'll be back. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach too.

Nicest house with plenty of amenities we'd come back to NJ just for this house!

Amazing time, the house was really well laid out and had ample living arrangements. The kitchen has all that you need and then some - can anyone say margarita machine?? The parking is perfect and fits 2 cars with ease. The location is amazing there is a Wawa not far from the house and was ideal for grabbing items we neglected to bring with us.
