Welcome to Sawgrass & Shores, your Get-A Way to beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! This bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make lasting memories, whether you're here for a family vacation, golf getaway, or a peaceful beach retreat!

Nestled in the desirable River Oaks community, a location that is easily accessible to the beach, airport, and local attractions. This third-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The spacious primary suite features a plush king bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and is located right next to the second full bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo—perfect for sharing with family or friends. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sleeper sofa that easily pulls out to accommodate two more guests.

The open-concept living area is perfect for spending time together. Watch your favorite movies or stream your go-to series on the smart TV, cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or step out onto your private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with a view of the sparkling outdoor pool below.

At Sawgrass & Shores, guests have access to an indoor pool or outdoor pool, depending on the time of year, as well as a relaxing outdoor hot tub. Please note: The outdoor pool and hot tub are open from April 15 - October 15 and the indoor pool is open from October 15 - April 15. They are not open at the same time.

You can also fire up the shared charcoal grill for a laid-back dinner after a day of fun, and soak in the peaceful vibe of this well-maintained, quiet condo complex.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as shown in photos- clean- well equipped and comfortable, making our stay super. The host « Chad » very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I haven’t had time to write a review but this place was EXACTLY what we needed and Chad the host was so responsive and kind. The pool was great and the condo had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the screened-in porch was so relaxing to sit in and read. I would definitely recommend this place. Just a note - this is on the 3rd floor - so if you have difficulty with stairs, please consider that as there a no elevators. That wasn’t an issue with us, but it may be for some people.

Cozy & Comfortable

The condo was a great place to stay while visiting CCU. It was about 15 minutes away. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, quiet and very comfortable. Loved having the screened in balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen is well stocked. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and quiet property. The property has a lot of amenities and very comfortable. The host Carl (Chad) was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The property is also close to so many stores of choice. Seems every good attraction is between 15 and 45minutes away which is excellent for us.... There are so many beaches apart from the main Myrtle beach close to the property if one wants to try other beaches too.

Communication with the host was wonderful. However, a major issue was that the hot water for the showers was cold-lukewarm at best. The interior/amenities/appliances were not quite what we are accustomed to compared to other stays at Vrbos.

I work in public safety and my wife Sheri works in the medical field. Our kids are grown and we are blessed to have 2 grandchildren.

Growing up on the shores of Lake Erie gave me my love and appreciation of being around the water. My family vacationed in Myrtle Beach for many years, and I continued to return regularly with my family, and now our grandchildren. It made sense for us to find a place that allowed us to make Myrtle Beach our get-a-way go to place.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location is very convenient. We are just outside of the hustle and bustle, yet only 10 minutes from the Boardwalk and ocean. We are close to Highway 501 for easy beach access and also between highways 31 and 17 for our travels to other destinations along the Atlantic Ocean. The airport and car rental is nearby for when we choose a shorter visit or it is just the 2 of us.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We chose our 3rd floor end unit to overlook the outdoor pool and have natural light. The indoor pool is adjacent to our property. The location provides for all the necessities with restaurants, groceries, and other shopping venues close by.
