You don't need to spend a lot to get a lot. Come enjoy our new 1st floor (NO STAIRS) 2 bedroom/2 bath newly renovated condo in Myrtle Beach located at River Oaks II North Golf & Tennis Plantation. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screen in porch with a view of the tall pines and golf course. You can wake up to the beautiful sunrise shining through the Living room windows of our end unit. We have Blackout curtain in the bedroom, for those who like to sleep in .Patio has been updated, Freshly painted, all new appliances, new central air conditioning, carpet been cleaned and three TV. Movies and tape for the whole family. Enjoy all comfort of home and relax in a recliner chair for a quiet evening. Ten minutes from the beach. Convenient to all attractions. Quiet neighborhood, well-stock condo, Outdoor pool, and tennis courts with rackets for your to use are just steps away. The unit is Fully Equipped for your convenience. We also have BEACH CHAIRS and Coolers for your days at the beach. Games for those rainy days. Forget any things? We have it for you. We have board games, books, movies, beach toys, a TV with a VCR and DVD Player, more are provided for you. All LINENS are provided for you or you may choose to bring your own.

Check-in 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM .
All renters must be 25 years or older to rent our home. Must be able to send a copy of their License when making a reservation.
All rentals payment goes thru Vrbo,
Sorry, NO Motorcycles, NO Pets. No smoking inside the unit (allowed on screened-in porch). And NO RVs/Trailers/Campers allowed.
Beds: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, 1 Crib.
Maximum of people is six. no exception.
All car must have a car pass , There only two cars per condo.
Remember to put all passes back in binder.
There is no refund because of Weather.

Great condo

The condo was as listed, very clean and fully stocked with just about everything you would need. The location was a short drive from the airport with many shopping options nearby. The hosts were welcoming and responded right away to questions. We enjoyed the convenience of this being a lower level with no stairs to navigate. The upstairs neighbors were relatively quiet and noise was not an issue. Overall, a very comfortable stay and we highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful, quiet place to stay in Mrtle Beach

The property was clean and every essential was provided. Quiet location. Lots of room. Close to Myrtle Beach attractions. Any questions I had, the owners answered immediately. Would definitely recommend!

This property was in a good location to visit Coastal Carolina University and close enough for a quick trip to the beach. Great location for any family visiting their student at CCU.

Would definitely stay again

My 4 children and I had a great stay. The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if you wanted to partake in any activities. Very quiet neighborhood. The condo was just as listed with all of the amenities you need as if you were at home. Very clean with comfy beds. Easy to find with ample parking. There was a small mishap at my fault with the shower head. The owners were very kind and quick to respond regarding it. Will definitely recommend & stay again.

Clean and Close to CCU

We enjoyed our stay here. The whole condo - drawers, dishes, behind couches, etc. was clean - which, after staying at 3 other condos in the area was an anomaly and one we really appreciated. Not using a cookie sheet that feels greasy is awesome. THANK YOU!The fact that they had amenities in the bathroom and for laundry was a big and unexpected plus. Even though we didn't use them, it was so nice to know that if we needed a toothbrush, soap or laundry soap we would have it.Owner gave number to text which came in very handy when the condo was hard to find. Appreciate that.3 things that I'd improve on:1. I paid the deposit and thought the 2nd half would be taken because my card was on file. It didn't and I didn't get a reminder but did immediately get a "past due" notice which I paid immediately but didn't feel great as I am usually never late. Would be great to either just debit the card or at the very least send a reminder before the due date.2. The address when put in google maps took us to a different location but apple maps worked fine. They were nice enough to send directions in the VRBO inbox but those still weren't clear. Advising on using apple vs. google & then giving explicit directions (go until the lane ends and make a right :-) ) would've been helpful.3. The king bed isn't really a king bed but 2 singles put together but nothing to bridge the bed in the middle. So if you like to snuggle with your partner, it gets uncomfortable.Altogether recommend!

A great place to stay

Great location, and close to everything. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. Little touches like having hygiene products available was greatly appreciated. Loved that they had coolers and beach chairs to use. Only drawback was king bed was 2 twin mattresses put together (they put them together sideways and the split during the night. Once we rotated the mattresses it was fine, you just had to get used to the seams in the middle). I would highly recommend staying here!

Scam Alert!!

Condo was comfortable, cute. Furniture outdated and worn. Decently clean. We found a live roach in the bathroom. Condo has a moisture/mold issue. Golfer's riding their carts drive by your glass doors in your bedroom, curtains are sheer, so no privacy being on the ground floor. There were only a couple of towels, and very little cookware. There were many electrical outlets that did not work, could be a fire hazard. Here is where the real problem comes into play. The instructions for leaving the condo and rules were dubious. On the website and emails, the rules say one thing, while the welcome binder in condo say another. Example: one says clean and put up all dishes in dishwasher before leaving. While another says leave in dishwasher as house keeper will put it up. Owners tried to claim that we did not clean the apartment before we left and charged our card an additional $250. Complained that we stripped the beds, when the binder instructed us to do so. Claimed we left rotting food in refigerator, when in reality we forgot and left a small box frozen garlic bread in freezer. We emptied all trash cans as per instructions. Owner claimed kitchen floor had dirty tracks on it, i do not believe that. But regardless, No where were there instructions to mop floors, i assumed that would be part of the $xx "Deep Cleaning" that I already paid for. Basically owner is trying to scam us out of $xxx in addition to the $xx cleaning fee we already paid. Renter beware!!

Brian & Nancy Maugeri from New Jersey and we enjoy vacating in Myrtle Beach SC. We enjoy the warm sunny beaches and the many restaurants and water parks with our granddaughter in the area.
We offer a clean affordable condo to families for a memorable vacation. Families our everything to us.
We been renting for 17 years, and only one unhappy guest.
We been with Vrbo for two year,

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased in Myrtle Beach while on vacation 17 years ago. The area is quite located on a gulf course and is a short ride to all activities and attractions also restaurant's
10 min drive from the airport. It's also quiet area.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The condo is a first floor end unit with no stairs. We supply beach toys for the kids. Chairs, coolers and umbrellas for your stay.
Videos and board games for rainy days and a fully stocked kitchen.
We are location close to the University for those parent's who want to come see their children's. Also close enough to the Stadium for all kind of sports. Also close enough to the airport for easy travel.
