This charming condo features a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed with large patio doors overlooking the lake. The comfortable cotton linens, black-out curtains and brand new mattress ensure a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, 2 Roku televisions, seasonal pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day) hot tub, putting green and fitness room. Relax in the bathtub after a day of boating and fishing. Experience the best of East Tennessee when you stay at Norris Nook. End your lake filled day with an evening on the lakeside patio with gas grill. Our furnished kitchen with cookware and utensils is a great place to cook or utilize one of our crockpots.
This property is located on a point and includes a lighted, concrete walk-way. The development offers a seasonal pool (no lifeguard) hot tub, clubhouse, fitness room and putting green. There is also a covered seating area with a wood burning fireplace along one of the walking trails. There is a small playground at this family friendly property.
If you choose to enjoy an evening in the condo, there are two televisions with Roku guest access, board games and puzzles. Hours of entertainment are free on the private patio as we have the best view of the Waterside Marina boat ramp.
The Waterside Marina is a full-service marina with a ship store and a seasonal Mexican restaurant. There are occasional live bands at the marina and we can provide a band schedule upon request. Call ahead to Waterside Marina to check for boat rentals. The boat ramp is private and condo renters are not allowed to launch boats. There is a public launch at Big Ridge State Park and Loyston. Please call ahead if you are interested in one of the day slips at Waterside Marina. The condos and marina are a different entity and we cannot arrange for boat rentals/storage. Neither boat or jet ski trailers are allowed within the gates of the condo complex.
This cozy condo is located on one of the best marinas on Norris lake known as Loyston Sea. Loyston Sea is one of the largest channels on the lake located conveniently close to Interstate 75 (exit 122 is 7 miles away). Stay with us for UT football as we are 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville and 45 minutes to Pigeon Forge. We are nature lovers and enjoy Royal Blue ATV park (30miles), Big Ridge State Park (5miles) and the Museum of Appalachia (6 miles). If you are traveling for a wedding, The Loyston is only 9 miles from our romantic setting. The new Aspire Park in Clinton is a great place. It includes bike/walking trails, playground equipment and activities for kids, and a great restaurant, The Pearl. Enjoy all east Tennessee has to offer especially in the fall when our foliage is at its finest.

Please note.... There is one flight of stairs to the condo from the parking lot and a few steps up to the condo patio. Once you get onto the patio there are no steps inside the condo. The pool does NOT have a lifeguard on duty and is seasonal (end of May to September). Also, there are NO parties or events allowed at the property. There are other residents that live/rent there and we ask you respect their quiet time.
