Located just a short walk to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as The Salty Dog with its outdoor firepit and live music, this villa is perfect for your Hilton Head Island retreat.
Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over Braddock Cove and enjoy easy access to the beach, South Beach Marina, and all the dining and shopping spots nearby, including the famous Salty Dog Café and General Store. The home’s spacious, light-filled living areas feature large sliding glass doors that open to stunning water views, and the fully-equipped kitchen has ample counter space, perfect for preparing meals together. The villa also includes a laundry room with an outdoor shower for added convenience.
With two primary suites—one featuring a king-sized bed, private balcony, and ensuite bath, and the other with a new king bed as of 2025, and two twin beds as a bunk, ensuite bath, and a balcony overlooking the landscape—this home comfortably accommodates family and friends.
