This modern, 3 bedroom home boasts vaulted ceilings, large windows, ceilings fans, spacious living area, a large fully fenced back yard and a host of amenities for a delightful stay. I have taken care to provide quality linens, a well stocked kitchen and great board game options. The master suite is located on the opposite end of the house from the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom. You’ll find the spacious living room and kitchen have an open floor plan and are an excellent place to visit or dine together. The cozy leather sofa across from the large flat screen TV has 2 recliners, making for a great movie night.

When you're ready to relax, you will find various streaming services are accessible on the Roku, Netflix provided. As well as an excellent selection of board games for all ages. Or head out to the fully fenced back yard to the webbed saucer swing in the shade of the 2 beautiful trees.

The garage is available for guest use.

The closet in the master bedroom is not available for guest use.

There are closets in the other 2 bedrooms that are available for guest use.

Some of pantry shelves are unavailable for guest use.

The swing is meant for children, one person at a time. Use at your own risk. Do not use and notify Nicholas if the tree or equipment appears damaged. No jumping on the swing.
