The whole house (first floor) is available and accessible. There is a basement space we have that`s locked - where we stow storage and cleaning supplies



We have a wonderful, established, quiet neighborhood. It is in characteristic fashion with most neighborhoods in the North Springfield territory.



We have four cameras installed along the four exterior/outside walls for your comfort and security. There is also a smart doorbell on each exterior door that can be accessed by guests through four Alexa Echo Show devices in the house.

Great Stay

The place was exactly what we needed for me, my wife and my parents to stay for a couple days. Very spacious, cool tech with everything hooked to Alexa and big tv’s and comfy beds. Loved the place and would definitely stay again!

House was everything we needed. comfortable beds, great communication with owner. We got to town a little early and the house wasn't ready until after the 4:00 check in. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes so the cleaners could finish. Other than that, all was good.

Nice property, Disappointing Neighborhood

The home itself was as described in the listing. It was well-kept and clean. The owners were good communicators. The property is very close to several universities in the area, which is why we chose the home. Unfortunately, the neighborhood included homes that were very rundown which impacted our overall experience.

This was a great place for our family get together. Plenty of room and Great location! The only hold back was that the queen beds are too high for someone who is elderly, they do have steps to help with that but still hard on an older person. The twin beds are just cots and they are too low for an older person to get up and down. We made do, my elderly Aunts sleep on the large sectional. We had to call 911 (everything is ok, thought my 90 yr old father was having a heart issue). When the owner heard the ambulance was there he called to check on us and asked if there was anything he could do. We appreciated that very much.
