This home has been thoughtfully designed to bring families and friends together. From cozy cotton sheets to timeless features like hardwood floors and classic oak cabinets, every space is set up to feel like a true home-away-from-home. With a roomy laundry room, an attached nursery, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out, this is a place where your whole family can relax in comfort, no cramped bunk beds here!

LOCATION
Located just 40 minutes to the Sequoia Park South Entrance, the location has served well for families with young kids and groups visiting the Sequoias/King's Canyon who want a peaceful stay surrounded by nature but still need to be close to town for groceries, airport or anything unexpected and more reliable amenities like wi-fi and electricity, with lower risk of power shut-offs near park during wildfire season in summer.

**5 minutes to Kaweah Oaks Preserve (a favorite for bird watching and stroller-friendly trails through one of the last remaining valley oak riparian forests in the San Joaquin Valley)

**10 minutes to Exeter, Woodlake, and Farmersville for dining and take-outs

**15 minutes to downtown Visalia

**25-30 minutes to Visalia Municipal Airport (VIS)

**1 hour to Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT)

DRIVE TO THE SEQUOIAS
CA-216 winds through the orchards nearby, a scenic two lane highway surrounded by farmland and citrus. In about 15 minutes, you'll reach CA-198 bypassing the city traffic of Visalia, Farmersville and Exeter. As you climb, you’ll drive around Lake Kaweah with amazing views and plenty of spots to stop for photos with the beautiful lake in the background winding through the Sierras. The road gets windy above the town of Three Rivers once you enter the Sequoia park. We recommend go slow take your time and enjoy the views. It’s such a serene thought-inspiring drive and worth taking your time.

SAFETY
The property is fully gated, with a private fenced yard to keep kids and pets safe. While the setup is designed for peace of mind, we do ask that you SUPERVISE little ones and pets at ALL times.

KITCHEN & GARDEN
The kitchen is equipped for anyone who loves to cook, with a fully stocked spice cabinet, a variety of cookware and serveware, high-end Dacor appliances, double oven and even some of our favorite seasonal recipes. Outside, the chef’s garden-a former farm vegetable plot offers fresh, seasonal produce to pick. Kids will love exploring, harvesting, and helping with simple gardening tasks, creating a fun and hands-on experience during their stay.

DINING
Designed for shared meals and gatherings, this home features two indoor dining areas (seating 6 and 4), a plating bar for appetizers, and three additional bar seats. Step outside, and you’ll find a spacious dining setup by the pool, perfect for hosting extended family or enjoying a barbecue. Both charcoal and gas grills are available for your use.

KID-FRIENDLY FEATURES
Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered. Essentials and entertainment are tucked away in the kids’ closet, the pool is fully gated for safety, and stairs are protected with baby gates. Outside, kids can enjoy a playset, climbing dome, and plenty of space to explore the orchard and garden.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, with:
    •    Downstairs: 1 King Suite, 1 Queen Suite, and 4 Twin Beds
    •    Upstairs: 2 Twin Beds and a fold-out twin mattress in the loft (available on request)
    •    The King Suite includes a King bed, an attached nursery with a crib, and an optional roll-out twin bed. A toddler bed is also available upon request.

REMOTE WORK
For those who need to work or stay connected, we offer reliable SpaceX internet (100+ Mbps download), an Eero mesh network extending throughout the property, and strong cell service. The network easily supports multiple streaming devices and video calls.

POOL
The spacious GATED pool and patio is perfect for swimming laps or simply soaking in the sun and provides plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy together comfortably. It features a 3-foot springboard and is surrounded by shade from two pergolas. You can access the pool directly from the Master Suite or the kitchen and living areas. Please note the pool is NOT heated.

GUEST COTTAGE
The cottage is detached from the main house, wholly fenced in with its own covered parking, patio, living quarters, private entrance and a small front yard.

Upon entering (step-free access), you will find a stocked kitchen with a 4-stove gas range, full size refrigerator, microwave and a small dining area with a spacious farmhouse sink for dishes or laundry.

Note: No oven, no dishwasher.

The dining area leads to the bedroom with two twin beds (or a king bed upon request), ample closet space, a writing desk, a dressing area, and a bathroom with a shower (no tub).
