Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice location and condo. The beach access is wonderful as well as the deck. The condo could use a few updates (change out floor vents as they are badly rusted, Guest room TV was not working and Guest room electrical outlet by the bed not working on bottom plug-in, outside water hose to rinse off from the beach needs to be changed out). The kitchen has very little cabinets available for storage so everything brought from home is on the counter, but it's not a big deal. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and condo. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth time we have stayed at Sandpiper Cove. First time across the street on beach side. Each time we have stayed here we have enjoyed our stay. We have 2 small dogs and it’s hard to find a place that accepts pets. We were hesitant to stay on beach side due to lack of grass for pets to use bathroom, don’t hesitate they have enough grass for them. Loved staying in this condo. Very clean. Loved the back porch. Loved staying close to beach, it made it do easy to check on our pets throughout the day. We will be back.

Great family vacation

Just as described. We were a tad cramped with two older teens but we made it work and had a great time. Freezer didn’t freeze our goods all the way and had to move things around to get them to freeze; wasn’t a big issue. Note we only had a bag of popsicles and some frozen drinks in freezer so it wasn’t an over crowding issue. Great beach access. Shared balcony was not an issue; our neighbors were friendly. 10/10 would stay again and recommend this condo.

You are removed yet in the centor of all retailI will say it was a little disturbing to find out you do not have locked back doors, only to find out from the front desk that this was commonplace. That proved a little uncomfortable.

Hidden Cove - Unit 1118 - disappointed!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit the week of July 15, 2024. We were somewhat disappointed! Both bedroom closet doors were broken, a board broken off kitchen cabinet. The unit was extremely small. We could barely walk around the beds in the bedrooms and the bathroom was so tiny. Which the size was not a major concern.....but for the price, it was not what we expected. The property was clean and the location was good. But overall, we probably will not stay again.

Easy check in and out. Would rent again. One tip for the hosts ... could we get a second or third mirror? The only mirror is in the bathroom. It is the beach but we still want to look good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I received a call 2 hrs prior to our arrival that the condo we had originally booked was no longer available. It was supposed to be 2 bedroom 2 bath with 3 beds. They only had 2 condos available for our stay none of which were as nice as the one we had booked. We choose a 1118. It was very small for our family of 6. It had 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. The one bedroom had a tv that didn’t have cable or a dvd player so it was pretty much useless. It was a hassle only having 1 bathroom and the kitchen only had a 2 small pots making it difficult to make any large meal or even spaghetti for that matter. It had 2 sliding glass doors and the one was very difficult to open and had to have 3 people to even close it. The lady at the towel replacement check in was rude. They allow dogs to stay but the owners rarely clean up after their pets. It was nice being beachfront and the deck was nice. The bedrooms and living room very small and have oversized furniture.

The only problem I had was the neighbors with their dog. It would come over and P all over the deck so then they proceeded to put their furniture to blockade their dog on their side because we did complain to them that their dog was over here peeing I did not feel like I wanted to sit there in smell their dog pee

Location to beach is perfect. Condo needs serious updating. Many broken furniture pieces.

The only amazing thing about this condo is that it is steps to the beautiful beach. From your living room and kitchen area, you can not see the beach. You have to be on the back porch (which you share with others 👎🏻) and then you only see a small horizon line of water. The complex needs serious painting. Needs serious updating. Uncomfortable sofa and sofa sleeper was impossible to seek comfort on. Dresser with no knob and exposed nail tip. Many broken pieces of furniture. Lamp was broken. The entire condo needs fresh paint.

It was clean and well stocked with kitchen gear and extra linens for the beds and pullout sofa. The deck was very spacious. It was awesome to be so close to the water- literally just a few steps to the walkway bridge leading to the beach and gulf. The view from the deck was also fabulous! It was a great place for our family vacation and we will definitely return!
