Our stay at the Sandpiper Cove Condominiums - #2125

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in. It was completely updated and the decor was beautiful. Everything was in working order and everything was clean. The only problem we had was there were three flights of stairs and we are in our late 70's. We would still rent it again because we loved the condo. The stairs wouldn't bother younger renters.

I liked not having to deal with the elevators and the heights ! Out condo was very clean stayed cold and was everything it said it was I have no complaints but i do theink the beach bar could step it up a bit ! The beach was never overcrowded and the restaurant was nice and so was the marina

Great Trip

Everything was clean. We left it spotless when we checked out. I do that everywhere I go. I was kind of confused on the check in process. Had to actually go to the office to get the door & gate codes. It was a great view and very relaxing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here before and it was wonderful. This time the room had a moldy/musty smell. The bathroom was not cleaned well. Used soap was left in the shower, hair was on the clean towels and the shower had hair all over the floor. We will probably find a new place to stay since we did tell the front desk and no housekeepers ever showed up.

We always pay for the week for ours but we don’t have the view that we want because of other people setting up in front of us that don’t pay! They bring their own chairs and umbrellas and blocks our beach view that we pay for! If that’s the case than I’ll just set up next time with my own stuff! That will save me money to do other things! And the maintenance people just went in our condo when we was at the beach ! Our nephew was sleeping and didn’t hear them knock and they went in anyway to replace a battery to the thermostat! That’s a no no in my books

Amazing location, friendly staff!

Amazing location, views and wasn’t overly crowded on the beach. A little hiccup with the ac unit, but it was fixed in a couple hours. Bring your own paper towels and laundry detergent - just fyi. Overall we would definitely recommend it!

Condo 2125

This place was awesome! Everything is brand new inside the condo and perfectly designed. The bed was extremely comfortable. You can sit on the couch or lay in bed and watch the waves crashing on the beach. It is literally less than two minutes and you are in the water. There’s a great sand area in the middle of this particular unit that is perfect for the kids to play while you sit on the deck. We also liked the fact that you don’t need shoes to walk to the beach and there’s a water source at the entrance of each condo to wash the sand off your feet and chairs. We will definitely stay here again and hopefully get this particular condo.

LOVED THE LOCATION!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very pleased with this stay! Only negative feedback, some sand in the floors, not much though, but totally hard to keep it out completely given proximity to beach. One of the ‘balconies’ (not the mail one) has some old chairs on it, birds tend to hang out on which prompts a lot of poop. I don’t even know that those doors even open but it is noticeable when curtains are opened. Plan to rent the chairs on beach, we took our own but there are only certain places you can set up.

Everything we needed was there at the condo and we were steps away from the beautiful blue water of the Gulf! We will definitely be back soon and book this place again. The bed was very comfortable, the condo was just the right size for our family. We highly recommend this location for your family vacation!
