The room was clean and located right by one of the many pools. A short walk or drive across the street to the beach.

The unit was clean and had the necessary equipment to have a good stay for a few days. The only drawback is the condominium entrance that requires some work. That accumulates water does not look and smell nice.

The girl we talked to about this was like sorry but they come every Friday, we were not pleased with her response at all. And we were not happy someone had been in our unit without us knowing

Close to beach

Property was a bit outdated and plenty of rotted boards on steps and deck. Overall had what we needed and was clean. Check in was a cluster but that was due to VRBO. The walk to the beach was a short 3 mins across a busy road. Would stay here again but on the beach side.

My husband and I have come to Sandpiper Cove for 20 years now and we have never stayed in such a nasty unit. There is mold growing in the corners of the tub walls, the toliet paper holder was filthy and rusted. Our feet was blaxk from walking on the dirty floors in minutes. Garbage disposal non working, unit smelled like dogs bad and I fought asthma the 4 days we stayed. This unit needs gutted and remodeled. Shame on you Sandpuper for even renting that unit out! So gross!

We had a pleasant stay, only thing I would say negative is perhaps they need to try to be a minimalist in terms of decor in the condo. Too much none matching things and unnecessary things that makes the spot smaller. So much potential, but perhaps redecorate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I received a phone call when we were on our way to Sandpiper Cove stating that the trundle bed was broken and could not be slept on. I said it was okay because there were only two of us and we did not need it. As long as we could sit on it, it would be fine. When we arrived at the unit after 4 PM, the trundle was in the middle of the unit, where the coffee table was supposed to be. There was no room to walk in the unit. I reported this to the office. I was told they would call me in the morning and come fix it. They never did. The main bed also had a broken leg/wheel and the bed was lopsided. worst unit I ever stayed in. Owner should have taken it off the rental pool until all was fixed.

Very short walk to the beach. We loved the beach decor of the studio had a cozy feel. Just enough space for myself and 2 daughters.

The queen bed was softer than I we are comfortable sleeping in so I stayed on trundle bed last two nights. Other than that everything was great. We had all our meals in the condo and the nonstick griddle and frying pan were super easy to clean. The beach was a short walk but we took the car since we brought the chairs from the condo. We will be back again next year.

Perfect for a girls trip or a couple getaway

Easy check in. Easier check out. Everything was provided. It was cute and clean. Pool was nice and three minute walk to the beach!! I would go back again for sure.
