Seabreeze Villa is a recently remodeled and fully furnished resort-style family vacation, home only 4 minutes walk to the private beach with Destin`s world famous sugary white sand! It
is thoughtfully designed for laid-back luxury with a coastal chic vibe. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, featuring comfortable seating, coastal décor, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up meals with ease, while the dining area accommodates both quick bites and family dinners.

Take advantage of our amenities including complimentary beach setup (two chairs + umbrella), heated pool and tennis courts. Elderly guests in your group? NO PROBLEM! The living room, dining, kitchen, and one bedroom are all on the first floor - no stairs required!

Guest Access–
Guest will have access to the entire townhome, as well as the resort facilities of the community, such as the tennis and pickleball courts, seasonally heated pool, fitness center and much more. The resort has a private beach access so there is plenty of space for all guests to relax.

!! Guest parking is available in front of the house with ample space for you and your guests.

!! Guests will have the ability to check themselves in via electronic keypad lock located on the front door. A personalized PIN code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM (CST) or after
Check Out: No later than 10 AM (CST) or earlier

!! The house is fully cleaned before each guests’ stay and ALL bedding, linens and towels are provided!

Other things to note–
Kindly care for the space as if it were your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible but no one is living on-site 24/7.

!! SECURITY CAMERAS
Doorbell cameras and exterior cameras are present (front door, front patio, and back patio). NO cameras are present inside of the house for your privacy and comfort during your stay.

!! MAXIMUM CAPACITY
Seabreeze Villa can sleep up to 8 people. For all guests above the maximum capacity, a fee of $30 per guest per day will be applied.

!! REQUIREMENT
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old (valid government ID required and to be submitted on our guest portal). This is an HOA policty. If under 25, guests can still book with either a parent or legal guardian staying for the entire reservation.

!! Approved guests will be required to sign a renter agreement and provide a REFUNDABLE pre-authorized damage deposit upon booking approval. A link to provide the above info will be sent following your confirmed booking.

!! A $300 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. This hold will be placed 1 day prior to arrival and released 3-7 days after departure (if no damages are reported). Please note: we are API-connected to a hotel-style management software called Hostaway in order to safely and securely take security deposits.

!! KEEP DOORS & WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed when entering/exiting the house to 1) keep any bugs or critters from entering, especially during warmer months and 2) to maintain an enjoyable temperature inside the home.

!! WEATHER CONDITIONS & POWER OUTAGES
We encourage all guests to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances like storms or power outages, accidents or other issues that may prohibit you from traveling or fulfilling the rental terms as we cannot offer a refund for unpredictable situations.

Your safety is our top priority, so please stay updated on weather reports and drive carefully if you encounter adverse conditions. We want to ensure that your stay at Seabreeze Villa remains safe and enjoyable in all seasons.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this housing community unless it is a service animal with appropriate documentation.
