Great property! Comfortable beds, nice layout, plenty of space for our family of 4. We especially loved the pool and hot tub! We paid to heat the hot tub, which was great. We did not pay to heat the pool because it wasn’t needed — it’s warm enough now during the day that the water felt perfect. We loved the dock where our teenage son fished daily, and we used the lifts for our jet skis, which made taking them out on the water quick and easy. (It takes about 15 minutes to get from the house to Crab Island on the water because you have to go very slow through the harbor, but much easier than having to load and unload our jet skis on the trailer every day.) The house is in an excellent location. Very nice community. Quiet and felt very safe. Just a short walk (2 blocks) to a nice, private beach that wasn’t crowded. We had a few minor requests that were taken care of quickly. The owners were very responsive — we always received prompt answers to our questions and needs. The bathrooms are small, but functional. We would highly recommend this home for the great location and amenities!

The house was perfect for everything we needed. The location was great for parking our boat in the slip, the house and room layouts worked well for us. The commercial ice maker availability was a game changer. While the house served our needs, there is some things that should be worked on in a cosmetic perspective. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Would stay here again.

Our family had an amazing time at this house! We had four adults and 2 children. The only minor complaint is that the listing said one of the rooms had 2 Twin Beds and 1 King Bed - this is what my husband and I planned on for ourselves and the kids. However, I think it meant that the 2 Twin Beds could be pushed together to make 1 King Bed. Our kids are young so we didn’t want them sleeping on a different level than us, but we made it work. Other than that, everything was great!!!

Had an amazing week!! Splurged on paying to heat the pool and was well worth it!! We were able to park our boat at the home and the ice machine was so convenient for packing our fish box and coolers!! Short walk to the beach but we only went once since we had the boat. Great privacy with split bedroom location. Cant wait to come back!!

Everything was good- house was clean. Lower level bathroom slightly small and room at lower level slightly small if to be used by more people. Some amenities like laundry detergent could have been supplied in a larger quantity- only 1 pack was given. However, overwhelmingly was a good stay

Amazing Property!

Kitchen was very spacious, loved having a commercial grade ice machine! Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Location was beautiful and loved having a pool on property.Just need a few more places to sit on the decks:)

Peace of Mind Destin

Great vacation home! Clean, spacious home We had everything we needed. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi especially after golf. Great neighborhood to walk, short walk to private beach. Highly recommend!

Great property!

Our family, including three teenage boys, loved our stay. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location and quick walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a favorite place to relax while one son fished from the doc. We highly recommend this property and are hoping it’s available on our next trip to Destin.
