Guest Access:
Access to the building is provided via a key fob. One key fob will be available for your use during your stay and can be used to access the building and applicable common areas.
Please note that the building allows only one key fob per reservation, so we are unable to provide additional fobs. We recommend coordinating with your group accordingly.

Located in one of Nashville's most desirable neighborhoods, you'll be steps from The Gulch, known for its award-winning restaurants, rooftop bars, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife. Broadway, Music Row, Bridgestone Arena, and the Country Music Hall of Fame are all within walking distance or a short drive, making this an ideal location for experiencing the very best of Music City.
Getting Around:
Many of Nashville's top attractions are within walking distance, including The Gulch, Broadway, Music City Center, and Bridgestone Arena. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and major roadways provide quick access to Nissan Stadium, 12 South, East Nashville, and Nashville International Airport. On-site garage parking is available for $35 per night (subject to availability).

Please note that building amenities, including the pool, fitness center, elevator, and other common areas, are managed by the building and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance. Refunds cannot be issued for temporary amenity closures.
Building rules are strictly enforced:
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. ($500 fine)
No glass containers in the pool area. ($500 fine)
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ($200 fine for violations)
Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. ($100 per person fine for after-hours access)
No pets are permitted. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $500 building fine.
Building amenities are shared with other residents and guests.
Security cameras are located in common areas, including the courtyard, parking areas, lobby, sky lounge, and pool.
