Other things to note
• Pool cleaning occurs twice a week. The pool cleaner will enter the screened lanai only and will not enter the home. Swimming in the pool while the pool is being cleaned is not allowed.
• Spa on-demand heating may take a little time to get to temperature based on outside temperature

PARKING
We have space in the driveway for 2 cars, any additional cars can be parked on the street. No cars can be blocking the sidewalk.

The Villa is in a vacation resort, the neighborhood may be loud in the afternoon and at night.
