This three bedroom, single level home features an open floor plan that is great for your entire group to gather. The large kitchen has ample counter space for preparing meals, and the gas range makes cooking a joy.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and ensuite. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds to provide a great night sleep for everyone.

The fenced back yard is a great space to relax with your crew, grill dinner, and share stories of all your Bozeman adventures.

Surrounded by parks, this home is great for those that want to spend time outside. The Oak Springs Park is across the street and features open space and a playground.

Just a 1/4 mile to the north is the Gallatin County Regional Park, an 87 acre park with something for everybody. There is a ton of open space, miles of trails, multiple ponds, an amazing "Dinosaur Playground," and a 13 acre fenced-in dog park with it's own pond for some off leash fun. In the winter months, this park features a popular sledding hill and Nordic ski trails. There are numerous other parks nearby as well.

Up to 2 dogs are allows at the property and must be disclosed in the reservation. Cats and other pets are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone at the property.

No parties or gatherings over 10 people allowed. Please be respectful to the neighbors.

There are two spots for parking in the garage and another two spaces in the driveway. No street parking allowed.

Upon booking, you will be required to complete a Guest Identity Verification through a third-party provider. Just like checking into a hotel, this process verifies that the person booking the reservation and staying at the property is the person associated with the booking account. This process is safe, secure, and easy. Guest verification must be complete within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival, whichever occurs first.

Please note: This house allows dogs which means no matter how well this house is cleaned there may be some pet hair present. This property is not recommended for individuals with dog allergies.

There are 3 exterior security cameras that include the front door, driveway, and rear yard. These cameras may actively record both video and audio that is accessible to the owner and management.

A noise decibel monitor may be present on the property. This monitor does not record audio and does not allow the owner to listen in to any activity on the property. It may alert management of excessive noise levels. This monitor may also detect smoke and estimated occupancy.
