Staying in the Airstream is a unique and memorable experience, but it does come with a few special considerations.

**Pool Access: Our pool is currently scheduled to open in mid-June 2026. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Due to this year’s colder weather conditions, we are taking additional precautions to ensure the pool system remains protected and operating safely so guests can continue enjoying this amenity for years to come. Thank you for your understanding. **

Water & Septic System: Please use only the provided toilet paper and do not flush anything else. Avoid putting food waste or oils down the sink drains.

Toilet Use: The toilet operates with a foot pedal—press it halfway to fill the bowl with water and fully to flush when finished.

Cooktop Safety: Open the glass cover before turning on the burners. After cooking, wait for the burners to fully cool before closing the cover. Always double-check that all gas dials are turned off to prevent propane leaks.

Ceiling Vents: These are great for circulating air, but please close both vents before leaving the Airstream to protect the interior from rain.

Dinette Bed Conversion: The dinette easily converts into a bed, providing a comfortable sleeping space for a 3rd guest if needed.

These small but important details ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay—for you and for future guests.

Pet Fee: $75. Only dogs allowed (no cats).

The projector is available for use, but it won’t be set up prior to your arrival to protect it from potential weather-related damage (such as wind or rain). You’re welcome to set it up yourself—it’s a simple process

Shared Property: The property is shared with another rental located uphill from the Airstream. Each rental has its own private space for peace and privacy.

Our home is set in a peaceful rural area and uses natural well water, which is common in the Finger Lakes. Occasionally, you may notice a very mild mineral scent in the hot water—this is completely normal and does not affect water quality or safety.
