Welcome to your dream getaway at 1010 Ocean Blvd, Condo 303! This stunning oceanfront retreat in Isle of Palms, SC, is the perfect spot for those looking to soak up sun, surf, and some serious relaxation. With four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, there's plenty of room for family and friends to gather and make unforgettable memories. The owners have truly thought of everything, and you can enjoy all the high-end appliances, fully equipped kitchen, updates and international art throughout the Condo.
Imagine waking up to the sound of waves crashing just steps from your large balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee while taking in breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The balcony is perfect for sunset dinners or just lounging with a good book while the salty sea breeze wraps around you.
Dive into the expansive pool for a refreshing swim or head directly to the beach with your private access! This place is all about comfort and luxury, with a layout that's perfect for both entertaining inside or on the oversized balcony which has plenty of seating for the entire family.
Whether you're planning family vacations, a getaway with friends, or just a peaceful retreat for yourself, this apartment has everything you need to enjoy the best of coastal living. So pack your flip-flops and get ready to live the beach life at 1010 Ocean Blvd!
As you enter the condo, you have two guest bedrooms on the left and right side of the entrance hall. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms and one of the bathrooms also can be accessed via the hallway. One of the guest bedrooms has two twin bedrooms and the other guest bedroom has a king bed. Further down the hallway, you have another guest bedroom and bathroom with a queen bed. On right you are welcomed by a very spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and beautiful living area opening out to the balcony where you can dine out and enjoy the views. The main suite with it's adjoining bathroom is off the living area with a king bed with glass doors leading to a large balcony which overlooks the pool and beach.
If you enjoy Golf, Surfing, Fishing, Eco Tours, Tennis or Pickle Ball this Condo is perfectly located with everything only minutes away. You can be in historical Charleston within 20 minutes to enjoy the shopping and the restaurants.
All the bathrooms are full bathrooms, and all the bedrooms and the living room have streaming TV's.
The laundry room is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2-car limit is also strictly enforced. (assigned parking spaces) This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
