Please note that the pool is NOT regularly maintained from October through March. If you would like to use the pool during those months, you are welcome to do so, but it is important to note that it is not heated and guests will be responsible for skimming any debris if you choose to use the pool during the off-season.

The bright bedrooms feature charming farmhouse decor and are equipped with remote-controlled ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and memory foam mattresses for your comfort.
On the main floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed dressed in plush velvet bedding. This spacious bedroom has a full-length mirror and a huge closet, giving you plenty of space to unpack your belongings and feel right at home.
The other downstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with gray and blue bedding reminiscent of the sea. Convenient bedside tables and plenty of storage space between a closet and dresser will help you feel settled during your stay.
The third bedroom is the designated children’s room and has a delightful whale theme and a twin-over-twin bunk bed with an additional twin bed. This is the perfect setting for a kid’s slumber party during vacation.
Last but not least is the bedroom on the upper level, which is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has a private ensuite bathroom.

Get ready for your day in one of the three full bathrooms. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own!
Two of the full bathrooms include a walk-in shower while the third has a shower/tub combination, perfect for choosing how you want to wash up after a day at the beach. There is one additional half bath located on the main floor that also features a full-size Samsung washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean for the entirety of your stay.

Enjoy your meals at the spacious counter, which offers seating for four. There is a small kids’ table for the little ones, conveniently located next to the kitchen island. You’ll also find a workspace located at the end of the counter in case you have some work to do on vacation.
The lovely dining area leads into the newly-renovated living room. This space receives plenty of light from the large windows and is the perfect place to hang out with your group after a day on the golf course or beach!
There’s plenty of seating for the entire family on the sofa, in the armchairs, and on the reclining chair. Sit back and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. When you’re not in the lounge, the sunroom provides a quiet place to unwind on the spacious sofa. This family-friendly space also features a wide array of children’s books, toys, a high chair, double stroller, a baby monitor, a toddler air mattress, a baby bath, and two pack n’ plays.

You’ll find beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor games, and more stored in the garage for your use. There is a convenient outdoor shower with both hot and cold water that makes it easy to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

There’s plenty of parking available in the oversized driveway, located at the back of the house

Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500.
Please be considerate of neighbors. No parties or events allowed.
No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
